Garden of Hope — a site-specific installation at Alcova during Milan Design Week. Conceived as a space for reflection and reconnection. Our project takes shape in the Hangar area within the Baggio Military Hospital Complex, a site deeply embedded with history that becomes an integral part of the narrative. Another look at a special feature of our home and studio in @residencenl captured beautifully by @eddywenting and Caroline Ludwig. If you are heading to PAN Amsterdam this week, keep an eye out for a familiar space. The story of our home and studio is in the October ‘Art of Living’ issue which will be at the fair. Residence will have their own beautifully designed booth at the fair this year. Whilst you are exploring the art and objects on show, be sure to stop by their space, pick up a copy, and discover the full feature on how we live and work together. Garden of Hope by artist duo @riveroshan is a kinetic installation presented at BOON Monceau during Paris Art Week 2026. The work consists of vertical structures with translucent surfaces, where changing colours and moving light create shifting reflections. Presented in collaboration with @boon_room, the exhibition is on view until November 20 at 6 rue Murillo, Paris. A royal visit at our installation Beacons of Hope last week. We had the pleasure of discussing the influence of the installation on our circadian rhythm with King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima during their visit to the Dutch Design Week. The installation was part of the curated exhibition A Hopeful Future at Klokgebouw during @dutchdesignweek Special thanks to @jeroen_yuh_roon @miriamgetsinspiredby and the ddw team Kinetic lighting and development by @studio_ravenhorst @stanbekker Mirror supplied by Pyrasied by @riveroshan

When @other.degree and @ncscolour invited us to create an installation exploring colour and the NCS Colour space, we jumped at the chance. Diving deep into the system, we set out to physically immerse visitors inside the colour space itself. It takes a dream team to bring a vision like this to @dutchdesignweek. For us, the magic really happens when people start interacting with the space. Special thanks to @cooloocoatings for creating the staircase and furnishings, and Big Impact for producing the installation textiles. The project was also warmly supported by @broeinest.nl and their community. Only a few days left to catch the installation: Ways of Seeing 📍 Piet Hein Eek ‘Platform’ 🗓 On until October 25th 📸 Beautifully captured by @_yutastudio by @riveroshan
Excited to share that our work ‘Garden of Hope’ is presented at Paris Art Week at Boon Monceau. For our first time participating in this pivotal week, our work is set inside a stunning 19th-century hôtel particulier overlooking Parc Monceau. Here, we are presenting two works where glass, light, and sound come together to create a meditation on memory and the passing of time. The installation comes to life on the 4th floor of the historic building. by @riveroshan
Visit ‘Beacons of Hope’ at Dutch Design Week, Klokgebouw (Hall 1). Using glass marquetry and kinetic light synchronised to breathing, this immersive sanctuary nurtures optimism, wellbeing and human togetherness. With Beacons of Hope, Rive Roshan proposes that hope is not merely a concept, but a vital, sensory experience that must be actively designed into our environments.
