IRONMAN California [Sacramento] 2024

2.4 Mile Swim | 112 Mile Bike | 26.2 Mile Run = 140.6

Special recognition to my Sherpas, Gary Downer, and Wayne Rose - providing constant encouragement and inspiration. My doctors, Anthony Chen and Kristofer Jones. My coaches, Brian Mineo (Swim) Daniel Reintjes (IM Run), Melissa Hutton (Bike), and Sandy Gallardo (Yoga) for, whom without, this feat would simply be just a dream. Thanks to family and friends who bore the brunt of my training schedule. And, thanks to God for whom all things are truly possible.

Only .00005% of humans have completed an Ironman.
That is half of .01% So, much less than even one percent.
