Celebrating 2 months of consistency with my first race of the year and a 5K PB unlocked!

Last year was full of “almost.”
Tried a few times, but no real commitment, no consistency.

This year I made a promise to myself:
no more almost!

And somehow… I actually did it.
Now officially part of the pace 3 human population🤣 WKWK

Big shoutout to Kuch @defickry and @pelarian.academy for the training, structure, and nonstop motivation.

And the biggest shoutout to my fav human, @hanaadkr the one who shows up at crazy early mornings to cheer me on, who spammed my phone when I almost gave up

At the end of the day,
it’s always you vs you. by @rizkyfarras

Been demotivated lately, so I ghosted my marathon training for almost a month.

Then race day happened yesterday.

Somehow ran a sub-42 10K PB. Definitely didn’t see that coming.

Guess I’d do anything for shampoo🧖🏻 by @rizkyfarras

Komitmen latihan marathon bukan cuma nahan lari jarak jauh, tapi juga nahan "pedes"-nya strength training dan bagi waktu sama orang-orang terdekat yang udah support kita.

Relate nggak nih? 👀

Weekend pagi emang enaknya nyantai, tapi karena mau Virgin Marathon, jadi long run deh. 🏃🏻‍♂️

Selain long run, apa lagi nih yang bikin kamu semangat?

Years of loving this team with no expectations. Through the heartbreaks, the disappointments, and everything in between.

Because it was never really about the trophies. It was always about one thing: love for my country.

Today, history was made.

Maybe it’s not a major trophy, but this moment is bigger than the competition. It’s about the journey, the fight, and what this team means to a country that lives and breathes football.

What a day to be Indonesian, especially in a country this chaotic these days! #Prabowo #HidupJokowi by @rizkyfarras
