Last year, my friend @joladeo released Jabez Incarnate—a poetry pamphlet exploring identity, faith, memory and belonging.

That journey became the foundation for Full Light. What began there has since grown into something more, and now it’s ready to be shared.

More soon.

A session from January 2026 with @joladeo

It’s easy to appreciate the finished record, but moments like these often go unseen. A verse taking shape, ideas being refined, and the quiet work that brings a project to life.

A session from August 2023 with producer @r_kbeats and @azthebassist

It’s easy to appreciate the finished record, but so much happens long before anyone presses play.

Quiet moments like these—listening, experimenting and building together—are often taken for granted, yet they’re a huge part of the creative journey.

A moment from the ‘Juicin’ visualiser.

Shot around London Fields back in 2025 with @damboss

A little humour, a little storytelling, and a reminder that making music should be fun too.

Featuring our track, ‘Juicin’. 🍸🥃

Another moment from the archives.

During the pandemic, I started a weekly series called “Flo’s Soundtrack Sundays” as a way to stay creative and explore storytelling through music.

This session was inspired by one of my favourite shows, Martin.

Looking back, these moments played a big part in developing my interest in sync.

Shot back in 2021.
