I just joined up with a health program that provided me with a coach that will have access to my health data 24/7. Had an onboarding session with this person yesterday and realized quickly that I was going to be held accountable on a very personal and minute scale. Intimidating to say the least because of my perception of my body image. However, this is what I asked for and what I definitely need. So, I have made a decision to face my fear and document the remainder of my weight loss by taking more pictures. Started at 315. Now at 248. Goal weight of 190. taken in Crunch Fitness by @rjflorestx

I started my weight loss journey in 2024 after reaching my largest size ever. I am down 70lbs and have a ways to go…but I am starting to see gains in my fitness level and energy. I just completed the stair climb challenge at Crunch of 110 flights of stairs (2,071 steps) in honor of the first responder efforts on 9/11/2001. Happy Mother’s Day to all the mommas who lay their life down for their kids.

A special thank you to my Grandma Cruz and my mom.

Grandma - I am trying to live out the values you have instilled in me. I miss you dearly but I know you are busy in Heaven with your honey and spending time with our Lord. Thank you for everything!
