The term “flow state” describes a mental state in which a person is completely focused on a single task or activity. They are directing all of their attention toward the task, and they do not experience many thoughts about themselves or their performance.

The concept of flow comes from the field of positive psychology, which is the study of things that help humans thrive. Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, who was an influential part of the movement, coined the term.

a reason to live

Ikigai is a Japanese term that blends two words: “iki” meaning “to live,” and “gai” meaning “reason,” which translates to “a reason to live.” It’s a concept that encourages people to discover what truly matters to them and to live a life filled with purpose and joy.

e·volve
/əˈvôlv,əˈvälv/

verb
1. develop gradually, especially from a simple to a more complex form.
2. to change or develop slowly often into a better, more complex, or more advanced state

Spiritual evolution, also called higher evolution, is the idea that the mind or spirit, in analogy to biological evolution, collectively evolves from a simple form dominated by nature, to a higher form dominated by the Spiritual or Divine.

“You are here to evolve and make your consciousness high. You are here to dance, sing and celebrate life. You are here to help others to make their life happy. We are here not to compete, but to learn, evolve and excel. We are not here to make divisions in the name of prophets and religions. We are here to encompass the world with love and light.”
-Amit Ray

“Art is an ever-evolving mirror of humanity.” -Debasish Mridha

in·ten·tion
[in-ten-shuhn ]
noun
-an act or instance of determining mentally upon some action or result.

~The healing process of a wound~

Secondary wound healing
Secondary wound healing, or secondary intention wound healing, occurs when a wound that cannot be stitched causes a large amount of tissue loss. Doctors will leave the wound to heal naturally in these cases.
This may be more common for wounds that have a rounder edge, cover uneven surfaces, or are on surfaces of the body where movement makes stitches or other closure methods impossible.
Secondary wound healing relies on the body’s own healing mechanisms. This process takes longer, which may be due to increased wound size, the risk of infection and contamination, and other factors, such as the use of certain medications.

Stages of wound healing
All wounds go through different healing processes

Hemostasis phase
The hemostasis phase occurs as the injury happens and is the first response from the body. The wound causes blood and other fluids to leave the body. The body responds by trying to stop this flow of blood.

Inflammatory phase
During the inflammatory phase, the cleaning and healing of the area begin.

Remodeling phase
During the remodeling phase, the internal wound is mostly healed. The process switches to creating strong skin to replace the temporary tissue in the area.

Wound healing is a complex process with many stages, from the moment the initial wound occurs, through the various initial reactions of the body, to the process of healing itself.
Minor wounds go through the stages of wound healing fairly quickly. More severe wounds will take longer to heal.

perception

pər-ˈsep-shən

धारणा
dhaarana

noun
* a way of regarding, understanding, or interpreting something; a mental impression.
* the state of being or process of becoming aware of something through the senses.

“Our uniqueness makes us special, makes perception valuable - but it can also make us lonely. This loneliness is different from being ‘alone’: You can be lonely even surrounded by people. The feeling I’m talking about stems from the sense that we can never fully share the truth of who we are. I experienced this acutely at an early age”.
- Amy Tan

“I have no control over people’s perceptions of me at all and that’s one of the things I decided very early on is that I can’t control the way other people think of me. All I can do, especially when it comes to my career is go out there and do cool unique kinds of things”.
