A year ago, I was struggling mightily with mental health issues and wrote about it, in large part for my own therapy, but also for anyone who may have been battling the same battle.

A year later, things are much, much improved: https://kennedyplaybyplay.com/update-a-year-later-august-2024/ by @rkennedypxp

This was a fun random find for me, especially as it's about 4 weeks until I start season 11 with one or both Dartmouth hockey teams (women 15-17, men 17-22, both 22-present). This is my 1st ever Dartmouth broadcast.

First Dartmouth goal scored by Lindsay Allen. Brooke Ahbe, @ailishforfar and Kennedy Ottenbreit scored, and I don't know how many saves Robyn Chemago had that night but she stopped 'em all.

Looking forward to more winter nights at Thompson! by @rkennedypxp
