As the @run.dem.crew fam have taught us all well - if you do not run, you must cheer 📣. Not easy not to be out there racing @nycmarathon, as I truly love this race, but so it goes. What an amazing few days — which started off with @brooksrunning inviting @jaybirdsport to an awesome event/panel. So wonderful to see so many friends after nearly 2 years. For most of us, we hadn’t seen each other since Atlanta at the Trials. Of course also ran around ensuring the @maurten_official fam was taken care of. No particular order for these 📷, but just some amazing energy and remarkable performances (especially @bygolly.molly and @shalaneflanagan !!) while cheering yesterday. The best was catching @humblequis as he cruised into Mile24 where we got to share some vibes and love #iykyk. And while all this was happening, @freddyovett was out in LA crushing his marathon debut at @lamarathon after capping off a season of 🚴 racing @l39ion.la . The power of sport and community is truly amazing and Freddy being inspired by both his own run history and his families run legacy to drop into a marathon, is just awesome. His L39ion family love in their city definitely carried him to an awesome 2:50:07. Chapeau Freddy. Racing is back everyone, it may look slightly different in certain places around a marathon major, but wow did that feel great working an event, and seeing so many people both planned and random (i am looking at you @avilaericc and @notafraid2fail ) and so many more. ❤️. taken in Manhattan, New York by @rknadel

Well that wraps racing season one with @l39ion.la and @jaybirdsport. @in2thelionsden was a crazy success this weekend and couldn’t be happier to see this vision come to life and of course @juswilliamz take the win, and @nationsnumber1beast and @kendall_ryan92 podium. It’s been an awesome (and crazy) year and couldn’t be more excited to see what this team has in store for next year. Heartfelt thanks to the entire team, management, support staff, and extended @l39ion.la Fam for all this season. Missing nearly everything about these #WS100 trails right about now. Especially the community. Wishing everyone racing and supporting, a great race…and as always a special shout out to the race organization @wser and the many volunteers that make it happen. First time in Canaan Valley, WV. A lot of running and hiking the local trails, exploring some amazing spots, and just quiet time out here. Watched #reelrock15 last night (thanks @rxr_sports ), and after watching Black Ice, had to donate to @memphisroxclimbing and support the amazing work going on there. That also compelled us to see Seneca Rocks up close. No interest in climbing, but just enjoyed the awe of the rock-and of course a little run up and around the area. taken in Seneca Rocks, West Virginia by @rknadel

And she’s off! So proud of our youngest (aka the baby) as she heads off for her gap year. It’s a strange time for this as we all we know, but all will be well (be”h).
