USPC A Rating💙🐴

Although this weekend didn’t end with my achieving my entire A Certification, it made me look back at all the hard years of work I have been doing to get me to this point in my riding. The early mornings, late nights, sweating, crying, laughing and memory making has all led to this goal I have had for years since joining pony club. I passed all but two sections (which I can retest), but just goes as a testament to all the support I have gained over the years of my training.

I have to first thank @labonteracheal for being my biggest supporter and the best mom I could ask for by sticking by my side through the ups and downs, good and poor decision making on my part and being there to laugh my way through the tough times I wanted to put a rag in it.

Thank you @bennettcampcrowder for lending me such a cool young horse to help me pass my green horse training ride. I also have to thank you for pushing me to continue my ratings and teaching me all the tricks of the trade through the years I rode with you.

Thank you @christinahenriksen_eventing for helping the past year for getting me to a point in my riding where I feel confident and strong enough to begin my journey of going up the levels. I have enjoyed learning so much from an upper level program in order to prepare me for this certification and the years to come.

And lastly shoutout to @onyx_ivy11 and @ninacwirko for introducing me to pony club and giving me all the resources, support and guidance through the many years. I wouldn’t be where I am without you both💗 by @rlabonte.eventing

Carolina Int☁️✨💙

A late post but Carolina Int. was a big success. Pieces are falling into place for us. With that being said some things have become more obvious as my partnership with Fergie has grown. Some big decisions needed to be made in keeping my boy happy. I’ve decided to keep him at the modified/1* level and continue my training to be competitive at that level. Listening to your horse is so important and understanding their own comfort levels. Some new things are happening in the fall like heading to school which means new goals are ahead. I’m endlessly thankful for this horse and how much he tries for me all of the time.

But for now we can look forward to VAHT in a few weeks💕

Here’s to having more fun in 2026🔜🥂

This year was filled with so many accomplishments! Between earning my B in pony club, my first FEI (which I finished top 5️⃣), my first prelims and learning so many new things, I would say we wrapped up 2025 with a bang. There are always ups and downs in this sport however I am glad to be in the tack of such great horses and just know 2026 will bring on some great things!
