WorldSkills Tasmania's Wall & Floor Regional Challenge was a great showcase of not only students' skills, but also how much time and effort teachers and employers have put into these young people.

Competitions like this are important for encouraging and motivating young people to take pride in their trades. We're looking forward to the next competition and seeing who makes it to Nationals next year!

Gerardo is our senior R&D Chemist, and he explains why R&D is so important not only from a product performance aspect but also from a market response aspect. R&D is also an important part of what we do at RLA. We aim to make the best products and respond to market needs as they happen.
