Meet Rachel Sargent | Agent, R Management With over 20 years’ experience across the performing arts industry, Rachel brings a unique perspective to representation, having experienced the industry from almost every angle. After training at Laine Theatre Arts, Rachel enjoyed a successful performing career including West End credits such as Mamma Mia! and Hairspray, before moving into choreography, creative work and professional training. Her career has since spanned international choreography, directing, casting and education, alongside supporting emerging performers as they make the transition from training into the professional industry. Having worked closely with performers, creatives, casting professionals and agents throughout her career, Rachel understands that great representation is about far more than simply submitting clients for jobs. It’s about knowing your artists, recognising where they fit, championing what makes them individual and helping them build careers with longevity. At R Management, Rachel brings together her industry experience, creative eye and genuine passion for people to offer representation that is personal, proactive and ambitious.
