✨Enzo: Sneak Peak Edition ✨
Brent and I had the opportunity to preview what Enzo will bring to Trilith. They officially open September 14th and I recommend making your reservations now. We were so impressed! They offered a three course meal + cocktail menu last night. Brent: Charred Prawns (Calabrian chimichuri, romesco sauce, almonds), 14 oz. Wood-Fired New York Strip (medium rare), & the Gelato Experience (Madagascar Vanilla, Vegan Chocolate, pizzelle cookie). Myself: Goat Cheese (Truffled honey, cracked black pepper), Lamb Lasagna (lamb bolognese, béchamel sauce, melted fontina cheese, fresh mozzarella), Lemon & Olive Oil Cake (grilled Georgia peaches, candied pistachios, vanilla creme fraice).

✨Pic 1: Goat Cheese - 9/10. Delicious! The honey and black pepper was the perfect compliment to the goat cheese. It didn’t overpower it at all. I would eat this until I made myself sick if given the opportunity.
✨Pic 2: Charred Prawns - 8.5/10. Very good! They were huge and full of flavor. We would have preferred them to not be in the shell because most of the chimichuri was on the shell. Would order these again.
✨Pic 3: NY Strip - 8/10. Perfectly prepared. Chimichuri was the perfect touch.
✨Pic 4: Lamb Lasagna - 10/10. We both agreed this was phenomenal. Truly the best lasagna I’ve had. Absolutely will be visiting Enzo again soon to have round 2 of the lasagna.
✨Pic 5: Gelato Experience - 7.5/10. Good. I liked the chocolate better than the vanilla. It was giving me dark chocolate vibes and that’s always my favorite!
✨Pic 6: Lemon & Olive Oil Cake - 9.5/10. Everything I’m looking for in a cake. Light, fluffy, almost refreshing. The peaches were not what we expected but they were great nonetheless.
✨Pic 7: Of course, I ordered a Mule. 7/10. Good but needed some lime.
✨Pic 8: Brent needed ☕️ with his gelato!
