Caradio-an and the SK Federation of the City of Himamaylan headed by SK Federation President of Himamaylan City: Hon. Anna Bernadette “Annette” Gatuslao, the SK Chairpersons and the SK Council of Barangay Caradio-an.Thank you for giving me the opportunity to make this dream of mine come true through sharing my talents and skills with the aspiring athletes of Brgy. Caradio-an.My 10 year old self is so proud to be able to give back to the athletes of your beloved city and I hope this clinic becomes an inspiration to every child who has the heart for the sport I dearly love: VOLLEYBALL.Special thanks to PNVF Coach Eddie Yogore and the Himamaylan Volleyball Team. As an athlete, there will always be tough days especially when training gets hard. The exhaustion would always make me feel like I wanna give up but the people who support me remind me that they look up to me and continue to follow my volleyball journey.A personal experience I had with one fan that inspired me to keep going was when she shared to me that I helped her fight and survive her illness. I feel blessed to have that kind of impact towards people who watch me play volleyball. Some I haven’t met, some I just come across after games. These moments inspire me to work harder everyday and be the best role model that I can be. The passion I have for volleyball will continue to live in me. Passion and PurposeThrough my passion, I am able to reach my goals that I never imagined reaching. Volleyball made a way for me to go in my dream school, Ateneo de Manila University which has helped my family tremendously. Recently graduating from the prestigious university has opened doors for me to continue to help the volleyball community.My passion fuels me to live my purpose which is to inspire and be an instrument to aspiring athletes. As a way of giving back to aspiring young athletes, the RMD Clinic was inspired by Papa and Ate Joy who introduced volleyball to me at a young age. I was given the opportunity to play for a well-known university and was able to learn under talented coaches. I want to keep sharing my talent and knowledge one clinic at a time and be an instrument to the new generation. Nothing is impossible as long as you put your heart into it.
