It’s time to train with intention!

For Week 4 join Antonia as she teaches you how to train with intention when using the Rear Delt Fly (but this technique can be used in many different exercises 🕶️)

Here are some tips:
• Add some partials!
• Start the movement, get halfway through, come back to centre and then complete the full movement
• This only counts as one rep😅

You can add this to any of your working reps!!

If you need a bit of extra help around the gym you can always reach out to Antonia for a person training session!

Yoga with Trinity has OFFICIALLY started!

Join us at The Active Hub for two types of yoga happening EVERY TUESDAY until the 27th of October:
🧘‍♀️Vinyasa: 4:00pm - 4:45pm
🧘‍♀️Slow flow to Yin: 5:00pm - 5:45pm

FREE for Active Hub and Yoga Club Members, $9 for non-members of either.

No pre-booking required simply turn up to reception 15 minutes prior to the class start time to sign in! by @rmitactive
