PART I — Isolation

This concept began in a season where I felt powerless.
I didn’t know where to go, how to feel, or what to do next. I found myself spending more time inside my own head and room, trying to make sense of a life that suddenly felt unfamiliar.
There were moments when I felt completely disconnected from myself.
I’ve been navigating anxiety and depression, which hasn’t been easy . But even in those moments, there was still a part of me searching for something to hold onto.
Then I remembered
I create.

Oh to be the energetic, wonderful beat engulfing Blaze’s “Lovelee Dae!” Every time I hear this track, I’m always filled with optimism and joy for the world as I take in the sounds and experiences it’s gifted me!! Tying in the fact that I’ve always imagined a more nostalgic twist to how I’ve envisioned this song, I just HAD to create a shoot for this song!! The main inspiration for creative direction was the old wallpapers that Microsoft had on their older model computers of the 2000s! Pairing the aesthetic with @rmlevier ‘s PHENOMENAL POSING also resulted in a few shots captured mid-hair flips shots that wows you just as much as this song does for me!!  I wanna give a HUGE thanks to @rmlevier for being such an amazing talented model for this shoot! Shooting with he was so teaaaa and I had such a fun time shooting with her!! Most definitely tap in with her :D “Lovelee Dae” has been a concept for this project for the longest time, and I’m so so glad that there’s finally a vision that’s came to life that I can once again be proud of!! If y’all like these, y’all are gonna love these last few shoots I have in store for this project!!
