What an incredible honor it was for us to be part of the 2nd Annual “Mama Dee Day” Pacific Islander Heritage Festival in East Palo Alto, CA. ❤️🌺

A little recap from the photos and videos I was able to capture from such a beautiful and memorable day.

We were truly honored to open the festival with Praise & Worship and later be part of the Local Concert Show. What a blessing it was to use our voices to help celebrate and honor the life and legacy of Mama Dee. 🙏🏽❤️

The entire day was filled with so much love, culture, community, diversity, unity, and FUN! 🌺🌴🥰 It was beautiful seeing so many people and cultures come together to celebrate one another and honor the incredible impact Mama Dee had on her community.

Mama Dee was truly a force to be reckoned with—a woman who made an impact, opened doors, brought people together, and left a legacy that continues to live on throughout the Pacific Islander community in East Palo Alto and across the Bay Area/NorCal.

We came together in unity, love, respect, and honor to celebrate the legacy she left behind. And what a beautiful legacy it is. ❤️

Thank you @tiffanyuhilahautau @weareanamatangi for allowing us to be a small part of such a meaningful celebration. We are grateful, humbled, and honored. 🥹🙏🏽

Rest in love, Mama Dee. Your legacy lives on. 🌺🤍

Happy 60th Birthday to the most amazing Dad! ❤️🎉

Today, we celebrate not only 60 years of your life but also the incredible man God has called you to be. When I look at your life, I see a man who has loved God faithfully, loved his family unconditionally, and poured his heart into serving others.

My entire life, you have been the pillar of strength I could always lean on. You’ve taught me what it means to trust God through life’s hardest moments, to love sacrificially, and to put others before yourself. Some of my greatest blessings have been watching your faith in action.

Thank you Dad, for everything you do for our family, our church family, and everyone whose lives you touch. Your love, prayers, wisdom, and quiet sacrifices have never gone unnoticed. I hope you know how deeply you are loved and appreciated.

Dad, I couldn’t be more proud to call you my father. Thank you for leading our family with faith, humility, and love. Your legacy is one that will continue for generations, and I thank God every day that He chose you to be my dad.

Happy 60th Birthday, Dad! 🥳🎉🎂 My prayer is that this next season brings you even more joy, strength, good health, and countless reminders of God’s goodness and faithfulness. We love you more than words can ever express. Alofa atu! 💙💙💙

Happy Birthday to the BEST DAD EVERRRR‼️ The King of our family, forever grateful and thankful to God for blessing us with a father like you. God’s hands was always upon you since you were young. Covering you every step of the way because of the prayers of your grandparents, parents, aunties, and uncles. Regardless of the challenges, obstacles or circumstances you faced in life that could have kept you down, you overcame it all and remained faithful and humble through it all. Because of your unwavering faith, hard work, willingness to serve, dedication, faithfulness, humility, compassion, and leadership we are who we are today. Blessed to have you as a spiritual father as well, from introducing us to Christ when we were young to continuously teaching us The Word of God and always pointing our family to draw closer to God everyday, to seek God first no matter what. Thank you for the endless prayers over our lives, thank you for being our provider and protector, thank you for your words of wisdom and encouragements, thank you for your love always, thank you for your gift of music that you willingly use to build God’s Kingdom and bless others, thank you for your heart of giving, thank you for your boldness of standing up for the truth and not going along with what the world does, says or thinks. Thank you for your obedience and commitment in answering the call of God. We love you always and forever dad, words are still not enough to explain how much you mean to us. But we will continue to show you, we celebrate you not just today but everyday. Thank you Lord for adding another year into my dad’s life, he couldn’t have made it this far without you. Cheers to many more wonderful years, God Bless you abundantly. Cherishing every moment with you dad🥹🙏🏼♥️

Yesterday, we had the honor and privilege of singing the “Amerika Samoa Anthem” 🇦🇸 at the beautiful Samoan Heritage Week celebration at San Francisco City Hall.

It was truly a blessing to be part of such a meaningful ceremony as we proudly represented our Samoan community, culture, and heritage. We are grateful for this opportunity and for everyone who made this celebration possible.

May God continue to bless our Samoan people and generations to come. 🇦🇸🇼🇸❤️

My heart is so full watching Disney’s live-action #Moana with my niece and nephews. As a Samoan/Polynesian Aunty, it means everything to me that my niece Souline, nephews Baby’Sua, and Jireh get to see our Polynesian culture represented with such beauty and authenticity. This movie is so special for our people across the globe and the next generation. 🥹💙🩵🌀🌊🌊🌊

What a blessed night of worship with our Uncles, @thekatinas in San Francisco, CA. It was such an honor to open for them and minister through worship. This is one of the songs we sang, “Show Me Your Face.”

Even in the midst of the pain and heartache of losing our Grandfather, Pastor Nick Toilolo, and our Grandmother, Vaefa Su’a Faatai, this year, we are still able to worship God through it all. Even in our suffering, God’s glory sustains us and is revealed in His presence. We can make it to the end if we can just see Your face. 😭🙌🏽

Thank You, Lord, for Your power and grace that give us hope, healing, peace, and strength during this season of grief. As long as we have breath in our lungs, we will continue to praise You through the pain, the hurt, and the brokenness. We will keep singing of Your goodness because You have always been faithful. 😭🙌🏽

“The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves such as have a contrite spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.”

What a tremendous honor it was to have our Uncle, Pastor David Katina, speak at Papa Niko’s Celebration of Life service on Friday. Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to share such a timely and powerful word with our family.

The message was clear: Our time to eternity. The time to come to Jesus is now. There is no time to waste, for His return is drawing near. 😭🙏🏽

Seeing lives surrender their hearts to Jesus was truly the highlight of Papa’s service. We know Papa would have rejoiced to see souls saved and lives touched throughout the sermon/service.

To God be all the glory! 😭🙏🏽🤍🕊️
