🚀 The Internship Spotlight Series is officially here! WSSU Career Development Services is proud to launch a new series dedicated to highlighting the incredible work our students are doing across a wide range of industries through high-impact internship experiences. This series is designed to celebrate student achievement, showcase career readiness in action, and highlight how experiential learning is preparing Rams for success beyond the classroom. This spotlight highlights Angel Rhoades, a Mass Communications major, C/O 2027, currently interning with the @greensboroswarm G League Affiliate of the Charlotte Hornets as a Communications & Public Relations Intern. Through this experience, he is actively supporting communications and public relations efforts, developing media pitches, and contributing to the planning, facilitation, and execution of community outreach initiatives that connect the organization with the Greensboro community. 💡 “This internship is helping me understand communications through media and making a large-scale community impact through sports.” We are proud to recognize students who are not only gaining professional experience, but also directly contributing to meaningful, real-world initiatives that strengthen career readiness, deepen industry engagement, and expand post-graduation outcomes. 📣 Want to be highlighted?
