Things r beautiful, even on tha slow days. 🌿 Even when life feels heavy, when ur struggling just to get thru tha day, when all u can do is take a #breath nd try again tomorrow. I think there's something beautiful about learning to be gentle w/urself. About realizing u don't gotta #bloom every single day. Some days ur just surviving, some days ur healing, nd some days ur simply learning how to exist without being so hard on urself. Nd that's okay. Look at #nature. Nothing rushes. Tha trees don't apologize for growing slowly. Tha Flowers don't force themselves to bloom before their time. Even tha earth has seasons of rest. So maybe we can, too. Maybe pushing thru doesn't always mean fighting harder. Maybe sometimes it means getting up, washing ur face, opening tha window, feeling tha sunlight, feeding ur soul somethin good, nd giving urself credit for making it this far. U can be struggling nd still be grateful. U can be tired nd still have hope. U can be a work in progress nd still be worthy of beautiful things. Life ain't always gonna feel light, but there is still beauty here. In tha little things. In tha quiet moments. In tha people who make us #smile. In tha way we keep finding reasons to try again. So take ur time, baby. 🌱 Be gentle w/tha version of u that's still figuring it all out. We're not here to rush thru life just to prove we survived it. We're here to feel it, to grow thru it, to love thru it, nd to notice tha beauty that's been here all along. Even on tha slowdays. Especially on tha slow days. 🖤💜 by @roach.cookie

Kinda like us sometimes.......
Being still doesn't mean nothing is happening.......
Taking things slow doesn't mean ur falling behind.......

I’m realizing I can’t hold everybody if they can’t hold themselves.
I can love ppl #deeply nd still understand that my light ain’t meant for everybody Some ppl R so used 2 living off other ppls energy that they dnt even realize they’re becoming energy vampires..
Nd I’m learning… I can’t keep #pouring my whole ocean into tiny cups that never get full
It doesn’t matter how much I give @ some point, somebody has 2 wanna see themselves win They gotta #visualize it...They gotta change the way they think. They gotta choose themselves nd pour back into themselves
I love ppl. I really do
But I can’t hold everybody’s #space anymore.
I can love u w/out carrying u.
I can pour into you without pouring myself empty.
nd I can let my #light shine w/out feeling responsible for who refuses 2 find their own.
My ocean is deep… but it’s not meant 2 drown me trying 2 fill everybody else. 🌊🖤 Words by @roach.cookie

Grateful for Shivani 🤍

im genuinely so grateful that Shivani came into my life. She’s sweet, she’s safe, nd she’s one of those ppl who makes it feel okay to just B

I love that we can hang out w/out even talkin. We dnt have to constantly fill the silence or entertain each othr We can just exist beside each somehow that feels peaceful.

Shivani helps me w/ so many things—>probably way more than she even realizes. There R so many little ways she shows up, helps me, supports me, or makes things easier. I honestly doubt she knows just hw much her presence has helped me.

She’s amazing. Nd I’m grateful 4 a friendship where I dnt have 2 pretend, perform, or explain myself. I can just B me.

Sometimes the ppl who quietly make ur life a little lighter dnt realize how much they’re doin

Shivani, ur 1 of those people. 🤍 thx for my forst sound bowl 🥰🙃 by @roach.cookie

The gratitude I feel 4 these 3 women is hard 2 even put into words. 🥹💜

All 3 of them fed my #creativity in such diffrent ways.
Karla connected w/ my whimsy and helped me understand that bein diffrent isn’t something I need 2 hide… she showed me that she was diffrent 2, and that’s okay. We see beyond tha #veil. ✨

Jahnavi went thru so many of tha same heavy crazy things I’ve been thru… just in a diffrent timing. We both went into tha depths of hell and somehow found our way thru it. 🖤thru god.

nd Piro saw so much more in me than I was able 2 see in myself w/creativity She helped me #believe in myself and see pieces of me I didn’t even know were there. 🌱 and strive for more and making me understand that I'm worth so much money that ppl would pay to use my talents =)

All 3 of you are so fun, so grounding, so beautifully yourselves.

Thank u Karla, Jahnavi & Piro #seeingme, #inspiringme, and bringing out different parts of who I am. 🥹💜
