Helsinki photos. Some cool sites to behold. Should have taken more pictures. Helsinki is beautiful and sooooo clean. I will always have a love for Finland. And eat more Reindeer next trip lol. by @roadkingnc

Fruit so fresh and chemical free some of it didnt look real. Did partake in the Reindeer and mashed potatoes which was amazing. As far as drinks, lots of Long Drinks which I became enamoured with while there with the band years ago, great beers everywhere - Koff, Karhu and Lapan Kulta especially. Beautiful clean place and perfect weather. We were in Helsinki only this trip. by @roadkingnc

First of vacation photos, thought id start with humor. "Give the wrong time, stop a traffic line" lol. This was one of 6 or seven bikes tethered to the no bike sign. Stockholm was beautiful. Had beers outside the Nobel Peace Prize museum as well. by @roadkingnc

Picture from the John Howie Jr show last night. Rhett got to see one of his favorite bands/songwriters in the best atmosphere. Now i dont have to explain that music is just better in a seedy hole in the wall. Lots of good energy. So these are when he was abducted to go dance. That smile says it all. I look over a few songs later and has three women giving him lessons haha. We all have to come out of our shell and experience life. Lucky to share this with him. by @roadkingnc

What a great honky tonk show with John Howie Jr at the Double Crown in Asheville last night. Took these at soundcheck. Place was slam packed with dancers and a great vibe. This is truly natural habitat to see this music. Cant stress enough the amount of talent in that band. Each one a badass in their own right. Btw i knew it was a great bar with a 50 year old picture of Andre the Giant over the bar. And im pretty sure t here was no IPA served either lol. Knocked some dust off my dancing shoes as well. Support your local honky tonk and bands doing great original music with soul. by @roadkingnc

So everyone is posting what did you look like in the 90s. I wasn't gonna bite until i found this. First band, opening for the Ramones at the Mad Monk Wilmington NC 1991. Figured i had some bragging rights. And the fabulous Sam Glass on drums. We still talk every week. A milestone in my life. by @roadkingnc

Got my hockey fix yesterday. Athens Rock Lobsters v Columbus in Athens. Got our ass handed to us but lots of fun and made new friends. Bonus shot of giant bass outside the arena. Dont tell me its a violin and break my heart. Great arena and pricing. Found my new minor league team. by @roadkingnc
