Please never suffer in silence - Believe in Tomorrow 💚

Today, as I lace up my running shoes and gear up for the big 26.2 miles, I will be running for myself and a cause close to their heart, @samaritanscharity. This video sums up my reason for running for the Samaritans and from when I was on @bbc radio Lancashire

I already feel the warmth in London and I am excited but also quite overwhelmed for the @londonmarathon 💪🏼

So as I hit the London streets, I want to take the Mental Elf message and spread awareness about the importance of talking about mental health. And you are never alone you can get important info from @jaaqofficial and if you are in crisis and need support someone is always at the end of the phone at Samaritans.

I LOVE a medal but I also love that I SWAM 2 miles!! 🥇🧜‍♀️

SO Proud of myself🥹🫶

2022 I couldn’t swim and had the biggest fear of water…

2022 I started group lessons and completed a small triathlon and tried to keep swimming but never more than 800m…

5 months ago I started training hard …

8 weeks ago I started 1-1 coaching which had helped my technique and my confidence …

This weekend I just swam 3219metres - wow!!

What a beautiful course @swimserpentine is, it was calm, friendly and all swimmers and marshals were respectful and kind highly recommend for beginners to open water swimming!!

Keep moving and look after your mental elf 💚

We can do hard things keep pushing 🙌🐬

My application to live at @arkcoliving Shoreditch for 6 months 🏡

Sometimes all someone needs is a little bit of space and a chance to really become who they’re meant to be.

This year has been about rebuilding from the ground up. The first 6 months of this year haven’t been the best at all. But If I won six months at #ARKShoreditch, I’d use every day to build a new routine, new community and a business centred around storytelling, human connection and creating content that makes people feel less alone.

Here’s to turning redundancy into reinvention❤️
