PIZZA GIVEAWAY WE BACK! We’re excited to kick off the new year by partnering with Grandma Bob’s Handmade Pizza @grandmabobspizza A beloved Detroit-style pizza spot rooted right in Corktown. Known for bold flavors, creative pies, and a deep respect for Detroit food culture. Grandma Bob’s has become a local staple for both longtime residents and first-time visitors.

Their Detroit-style pizza pays homage to the city’s culinary history while adding a modern twist—crispy edges, generous toppings, and fire options for everyone. Including standout vegan offerings! It’s the kind of place that is neighborhood-driven, intentional, and undeniably Detroit.

💭✨current mood: daydreaming of our cozy escape to one of my favorite hot springs in the state of Colorado— beautiful all year round, but bonus points if you get to experience it’s whismy winter magic 🌬️❄️💫

Before the start of this season’s snowfall, one of our beloved wellness retreats, Lungovita, reached out and welcomed us back to experience the recent expansion of their beachfront oasis on Lake Erie—just 50 minutes from downtown Detroit.

We were beyond giddy to return and spend time on a property that is intentionally designed to help you practice presence and purpose. Lungovita encourages guests to unplug during their stay, creating space to slow down and be mindful with how each day is spent. From beachfront domes overlooking Lake Erie and personal fire pits, to thoughtfully designed common areas that promote mindful meditation in their ZenDen, every detail feels purposeful.

The property offers a wide range of amenities including grills, hammocks, bikes, a pool, lakefront hot tubs, saunas, cold showers, kayaks, and expansive beachfront lounging areas—all contributing to an experience that feels grounding, restorative, and truly unforgettable.

Returning a year later and seeing how thoughtfully the property has grown made the experience even more meaningful. We were also delighted to take advantage of Lungovita’s complimentary bike rentals to revisit some of our favorite neighboring vineyards, restaurants, and local shops.

Lungovita is even welcoming the new year by offering guests an exclusive winter escape rate, including partnerships with select neighboring vineyards to help us all practice presence and purpose. If you’d like access to this special pricing, comment “winter escape” and I’ll send you a discount code that you can apply towards your upcoming stay. 🧘‍♀️🏕🌅✨ by @roamingwithrome_
