I got into Final Fantasy 7 last year during a time where I wasn't really feeling positive or loving life for various reasons. I played FF7 Remake looking for a distraction and ended up enjoying what is now my all time favorite video game(s) and a huge part of that was due to the cast. I can honestly say that I have never been this emotionally connected to a video game title so I just knew that I had to go to @gameonexpo when I learned that some of the cast would be there as guests. I was in full nerd/geek mode with absolutely zero shame to the point where it felt like my face would break from smiling and laughing. I was sort of self-conscious at first when looking through my pictures but realized that it was just how I looked having fun along with John calling me out for trying to play it cool 😂 All in all, it was an amazing and unforgettable experience and the most fun I have ever had at a con by far. #gameonexpo #finalfantasyvii #blerd taken in Phoenix Convention Center by @roark091

More pieces I ordered from @life_soso_art and I think it's clear by this post that Aerith is one of my favorite characters not just in Final Fantasy but in fiction overall. Each piece is well done and looking at them never gets old. #finalfantasy #finalfantasyvii #aerithgainsborough #cloudstrife #kingdomhearts by @roark091

Demon Slayer was a fun time and though I finished the manga years ago, it was nice to experience the first part of the Infinity Castle arc in animated form. The performances, animation and music were great and I'm looking forward to the next two films. #demonslayer #infinitycastlearc by @roark091

I went to see @ado_staff_official in the Fort Worth leg of her Hibana world tour and it was easily one of the best nights of my life. This was my first time ever going to a concert and it was so enjoyable that I'm still processing the experience while I'm typing this out. I had only been a fan of Ado for a few months prior to attending the concert but that made it more fun in a way since I didn't know what to expect with some of the songs. I'm glad to be an Ado fan and look forward to her future work along with attending more concerts in the future. #ado #adohibanaworldtour2025 #adohibana_fortworth by @roark091

Finally got my preorder and couldn't be happier with it. I wanted to build Cloud after I became an Final Fantasy fan during my first time playing FF7 Remake earlier this year 😁🗡️ #mtg #finalfantasy #finalfantasyvii #mtgxfinalfantasy by @roark091

One of my favorite parts of playing/experiencing Final Fantasy 7 Remake was watching the relationship between Cloud and Aerith grow and develop. That being said, when I came across @life_soso_art art, I just had to get a piece both out of love for the game and characters and to support an artist. #finalfantasyvii #cloudstrife #aerithgainsborough #clerith by @roark091

Photo dump of when I went to Anime Frontier last weekend. It was the first anime convention I've attended since Nishi Fest back in 2021 and it was a nice change of pace from general fan conventions. Seeing the Gundam Base was awesome (and my first stop) and it felt like walking through an art museum. Along with seeing plenty of well done cosplays, I also met @teamxaps which was cool since I've been a Yu-Gi-Oh fan for a good chunk of my life. I also played some EDH which is always fun. #animefrontier #mobilesuitgundam #gundambase #yugioh #anime #animeconvention #magicthegathering by @roark091

I enjoyed "Across the Spider-Verse" from start to finish just like the previous film. This entry really explored the darker parts of the mythos that respected the intelligence and maturity of the audience while remaining faithful to what makes Spider-Man enjoyable. In my opinion, the Spider-Verse is the gold standard for Spider-Man/superhero films. I also feel confident saying that once "Beyond the Spider-Verse" is out, the Spider-Verse will be the best trilogy for superhero movies and one of the best trilogies for film overall. #acrossthespiderverse #spiderverse #milesmorales #spidergwen #peterparker by @roark091
