We can't deny a Sierra Cosworth is one of our favorites leaving the shop, but this one deserves extra attention. @robandrews349 picked it up after a thorough nut and bolt restoration. Such builds are rare, giving us complete flexibility during the job. Every single part, clip, nut, washer, etc., has been either refurbished or replaced. The entire shell was stripped to bare metal, including the underside and bay, using @novolforclassiccar.uk products throughout. It's truly a special build. 😎 Thanks @robandrews349 for trusting us with this project; it's been a pleasure 👍🏽

Ford Sierra Cosworth into bare metal for a full nut and bolt restoration!. Weeks of welding and grinding now completed and the underside into stone guard and sealing to ensure it’s protected in the future

The Ford Escort mk4 Cabriolet xr3i finally went into full paint last week. This has undergone a full restoration inside, under and exterior following hours of welding and prep so to reach final paint is another milestone achieved for the workshop.
In the original Pacific Blue it’s going to be 1 of 1 to this level of detail now! Watch out for the build!
