Sooooo many reasons to take a break from the booze every now and again…

Better skin 🧴

Better sleep 😴

Improved diet 🍽️

The list goes on…

Most people fail to do this for any significant period of time and often it comes down to;

Not being clear on the why ❌

No accountability to see it through ❌

That’s where my ‘SoberOctober Soldiers’ initiative comes in… sign up by Wednesday 6pm UK time when we march through the month and make it a success, together 🤜🤛

Interested? Send me the word “SoberOctober” 🫡

🔊 Kanjiru - Kasra

Released in 2021 on Critical Music

Kanjiru means “to feel,” “to sense,” or “to experience” in Japanese, so what we saying in the comments how does this one make you feel?

Best answer wins respect!

Had the same good fortune as @fish56octagon tonight…

Train pulled in around 6:45pm, left my bag on it and only just got it back…

It’s been up to Bedford and back in that time whilst me and an amazing person Claire who works at the Station desperately tried to locate it… how lucky am I or does the Universe just like me today!?

All I know is my next move is to write an email singing Claire’s praises for going out of her way to help me,
the legend!

🔊 Bacteria - Ed Rush & Optical

Released in 1999 on Virus Recordings

Nothing says Saturday morning, the weekend is here like getting your ear drums disintegrated by your favourite silly 365 series vibe provider!

P.s. If you are in the Lewes / Brighton area come see me host / MC a set with tunes like these on 30th October, it’s free to attend and a flier is on my previous post!

Would love it if you came and said hi! 🤜🤛
