ANNA BYRNE / HORMONAL

This was such a ridiculously fun shoot with the hyper-talented @annaebyrne for her One Woman Cabaret Show: HORMONAL.

Anna is playing on the 27th August at @crazycoqs at Brasserie Zédel.

Here’s some info I copied from Anna’s Insta:

“HORMONAL: THE ONE-WOMAN CABARET
SHOW
I am so excited that tickets to my one-
hour one-woman comedy cabaret show all about hormones at @crazycoqs at Brasserie Zédel are ON SALE NOW. Link in bio! 27th Aug, 6:30pm, be there or be a massive loser, I don’t care. No but seriously, this venue is beyond iconic and I am not worthy.”

Get your tickets NOW!!!

Huge congratulations to everyone who worked on ‘How Are You? It’s Alan Partridge’, especially the great Steve Coogan, Rob & Neil Gibbons & Joe Fraser for the BAFTA Win & Nomination.
To celebrate, here are some of the photos we shot for the ‘Norfolk Life’ article which is in Episode 1 of ‘How Are You? It’s Alan Partridge’ with the amazing Katherine Kelly as Katrina. It was such a laugh playing with the ‘Hello’ magazine style of portraiture and throwing in curve balls (see if you can spot the deliberate mistakes).
Personally it was a bucket list moment stepping onto an Alan Partridge set, and the experience was every bit as enjoyable as I could have wished for.
Think I need to give it a rewatch.

Huge thanks to our wonderful team, and to @hut55deal for allowing me to steal your power for my flash, plus your incredible coffee and food.

Check @annaphoebemusic for details on when & where you can see her perform, she’s incredible and absolutely mesmerising!

Anna Byrne : March ‘26

I was asked by our very good and brilliantly talented friend @annaebyrne if I could shoot some portraits of her for a press release about her upcoming book titled ‘The Messengers: On Hormones and the Invisible Language of the Body’. Here are a couple of shots from that session.

Check her out and give her a follow here: @annaebyrne

Anna is also an amazingly talented musician & songwriter, and we are cooking up something special to share with you all sometime soon…
