Yo, keep it down... the machine is listening. 🤫

For real though, it’s tough out here right now. Everybody wants the views, everybody wants the growth, but we aren't auditing what we’re actually putting into our heads.

When the word went out to “keep the dirty shit off our algorithm,” it wasn’t just about the screen.
It’s about life. What we look at is what we become.

Period.

This is the Plug Movement—we handle the code, we handle the mindset, we protect the network. 🔌

If we want to upgrade our focus and actually start executing on our goals, we gotta manage our system.

Here is the play:
🛑 THE LINGER IS THE TRAP
The algorithm doesn’t just care about what we double-tap. It tracks where our eyes stop. We stare at drama, chaos, or nonsense for even three seconds? The machine notes it and feeds us double the amount tomorrow. If it doesn’t build us, we scroll past it instantly.

🚫 RUN A HARD FILTER
We gotta treat our feed like our inner circle. If an account isn't teaching us a skill, locking us into our grind, or pushing us forward—we drop it. Unfollow, mute, hit 'not interested.' No emotional attachments to noise.

⚙️ PROGRAM OUR MACHINE
We spend 10 minutes a day intentionally searching, liking, and saving the things that match our vision—the business, the fitness, the mindset, the execution. We force the code to serve our success, not drain our energy.
We clean up our inputs. We watch how fast our output changes.
