This was a very hard make for me personally but I’d love to share with you all how far I’ve come from partying every single weekend non stop, eating anything & everything, not taking care of myself to now finding self love & my fitness journey at this very moment. I hope to motivate anyone struggling as I once was! not caring about a thing & using alcohol & food to comfort me. How the damn rolls have reversed! Gym & running is my new addiction & should be yours to! I love each & every one of you who have been in contact with me pushing me, hopping on the same waka, or messaging to say I’ve inspired you, you guys don’t understand how heartfelt that makes me feel. To those starting training you got this, we got this, let’s do it!
