A first look into my current research for my new solo, ‘Can I hold your hand?’ continuing my work around grief, memory and collective care. 🪶

Can I hold your hand? is a dance with the ghost of my mother. It illuminates the space through a video made from personal archives of my mum dancing in the hospital with her friends; the performance continues that dance in dialogue with her, through movement and text.

Le festival Ricochets est un nouveau rendez-vous estival imaginé au cœur du Haut-Languedoc, pensé pour venir rebondir joyeusement sur la surface de la rivière Héric et sur les roches de ses Gorges. En interaction avec la nature environnante, musiques hybrides, créations immersives et autres explorations poétiques sont proposées sur trois jours à l’attention de tous les publics, petit·es et grand·es, vacancier·es et voisin·es de la Vallée. La Cabane d’Heric co-organise la première édition de ce festival au cœur de la vallée du Caroux, aux gorges d’Héric.
Concerts, lectures, ateliers, danse, expos… des propositions artistiques à l’attention de tous les publics, petits et grands, vacanciers et voisins 🦋
Une partie des artistes seront en résidence en amont afin de créer une proposition unique !

࿔ Entrée libre / Participation consciente
࿔ Buvette & Food par la Cabane d’Héric + repas performance le vendredi.
