The elitists might not like it.
The brands might not cater for it.

But the fact is, we are ALL capable of completing hard things. 🔥

I know I don’t fit the mould. I’m bigger than most people on the startline, and I might not look like your typical runner or triathlete. But I sure as hell belong on every startline I’ve stood on.

You don’t have to look a certain way, weigh a certain amount or fit someone else’s idea of an athlete to chase your dreams.

Big love to every single person out there pushing boundaries, breaking barriers and proving to themselves what they’re capable of. Especially those of us who have to fight a little harder just to get the opportunity.

You belong here. Your dreams are valid. And you are more capable than you think.

Keep showing up. Keep smashing it, guys and girls. We’ve got this. 🧡🔥

Be obsessed with becoming the best version of yourself. Not because you need to prove anything to anyone else, but because you owe it to yourself to see what you’re capable of 🔥

🚨 PHASE 2 IS OFFICIALLY UNDERWAY! 🚨

MANBOOB MONDAY! 💪😂

2.5KG DOWN THIS WEEK! What a start to the next chapter!

Phase 1 was about proving to myself that I could make a change. Phase 2 is about taking things up a level. Bigger goals, bigger commitment and an even stronger mindset.

The target is 116kg and we’re coming for it!

I’m not just chasing a number on the scales. I’m building a fitter, healthier, stronger version of myself.

No shortcuts. No excuses. No going backwards.

PHASE 2: THE REAL WORK STARTS NOW. 🔥

Let’s get it! 🧡

When you put yourself out there, some people will always feel the need to try and put you down.

To those people, I simply say: have a good day.

I hope you find the support, kindness and peace you need to deal with whatever internal battles you’re fighting.

I’ll keep showing up, being myself and supporting my people.

Don’t let someone else’s unhappiness change who you are. ❤️

I hate that women can feel unsafe running at night, especially when winter means our running hours are so restricted. 💙

As this little one says, if you fancy joining a group of friendly, social runners, come on down to Lake Slowmo Run Club.

We’re a family run club, built around community, inclusivity and making sure everyone feels welcome. No pace requirements, no experience needed, and no one gets left behind.

Come and run, walk, chat and be part of something. Everyone is welcome. ❤️

📍 Teardrop Lake, Hampton
🕕 Thursdays — meet at 18:00, run at 18:15

Let’s make running a little less lonely and a lot more welcoming. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Starting my day with a montage to remind myself just how far I’ve come. 🔥

It’s unrealistic to think this journey will be smooth. Like anything in life worth having, there are going to be battles along the way.

Some days you’ll fly, others you’ll feel like you’re going backwards. But that doesn’t mean you’re failing.

I’ve come too far to forget where I started, and I’ve still got a long way to go.

Progress isn’t about getting it right every day. It’s about refusing to give up when things get hard.

Keep showing up. Keep fighting. Keep going. 🧡💪

Part of my therapy session today I said I feel like a fraud for putting up censored versions of myself.

So tonight I thought I’d share how I actually feel.
I am part of great communities that help me through my challenging days but sometimes it still feels a lot.

As I said in the clip keep fighting the good fight

At Lake Slowmo Run Club, we don’t care about your pace, your experience or whether you even look like a runner. ❤️

We care about creating a run club where everyone feels welcome, safe and comfortable enough to run or walk at their own pace.

That’s what makes Teardrop Lake so perfect. It’s a simple loop around the lake, so whether you’re completely new to running and just want to give one lap a go, or you’re an absolute machine looking to smash out as many laps as possible, there’s a place for you here.

One lap or ten. Running or walking. Fast or slow. You belong here.

No judgement. No egos. No one left behind.

Just good people, getting outside and moving together. 🧡

CHECK IN TUESSSSSSSSDAYYYYYY! 🗣️🔥

📅 October 27th

Another week done. Another check-in complete.

Do I enjoy doing these? FUCKING RIGHT I DO! 😅

Nah, who am I kidding? I hate them 😂 But they keep me accountable, consistent and on track. And that’s what matters.

2.5kg down. The plan is working, right? LET’S BLOODY HOPE SO! 🤞🏼😂

Yesterday, I had a proper reality check. I got Abbie to take some comparison photos so I could see the changes from 2023 to now.

On the surface? I’m OVER THE FUCKING MOON. The difference is unreal, and I’m genuinely proud of how far I’ve come.

But when I look a little deeper, that old voice starts creeping in…

The imperfections. The bits I still hate. The things I fixate on instead of appreciating the progress I’ve made.

The man boobs? Still there.
The muffin top hanging over? Still there.
That same outward-bent-leg, big lad stance? Still there.

And before you know it, you’re picking yourself apart, searching for every flaw and forgetting just how far you’ve fucking come.

That’s the dangerous bit. You can make huge progress physically and still struggle to see yourself differently mentally.

Thankfully, I’ve got the right people around me to pull me back into reality when my own negativity starts getting too loud. ❤️

I’ve come a LONG way, but I’m not finished yet.

LFG 👊 by @robc_70.3

I have said it once and I’ll say it again.
Movement is medicine 💊
Today’s been a rough day but 45 mins of getting my heart pumping and I feel like a new man.
