18 years of @campbestival from the brains of Robby and @josiedabank … back in our happy place building joyous art and experiences for y’all … from @wearedelasoul to @selfesteemselfesteem @officialfatboyslim @billyoceanofficial and @leftfieldmusic … a @queerjazz takeover, @fabioandgrooverider Tibetan monks chanting, crochet to boat building, meditation to saunas, sword making to jewellery workshops with @racheljacksonjewellery … mud kitchens to the best wild fire cooking out there with @djbbq and not forgetting 4 mobile greenhouses introducing young green fingers to gardening… literally our favourite creation and 11 sleeps to go 🕺🎉🔥🫶 by @robdabank1973

You know how everyone on insta tries to get their best angle 🤪 This was my face a week again when I woke up looking like a cross between Dracula 🧛 and going ten rounds with Mike Tyson 🥊 What I thought would be a breezy op to take out a benign cyst from my jaw turned into also removing an impacted wisdom tooth which was heading towards my ear 👂 🙄😜 and a molar that got in the way … my head feels a bit lighter now anyway without all of that in it 🎉Hasn’t stopped me living life to the full anyway with @josiedabank and the boys … the next day we launched a seaside treasure hunt with our beloved @campbestival , climbed Mount Snowdon up the Pyg track which has been on my bucket list for ages and all got up at 3am in our little Welsh cottage in beautiful Dolgellau and watched @england hammer Mexico Most excitingly we swung by @heartwoodsaunas to see Olly and his team building our first bespoke permanent saunas for a London site launching in the autumn 🍂… incredible collab between Josie and the best UK sauna craftspeople made entirely from UK wood mostly from the Welsh forests 🌳 You’ll be pleased to hear I look less chipmunk and more da Bank this week and sending ❤️ to anyone recovering from an op⚡️ by @robdabank1973

POV: when you go on a sauna tour of South Tyrol with @josiedabank for your birthdays and someone suggests you go to a nearby lake.. and it turns out there’s a 15th century church spire sticking out the water 💧 Then you discover a Snow Room on the roof of your hotel ❄️ Thanks @dolcevitahotels for an amazing insight into not only South Tyrols sauna scene but also its amazing natural beauty, ability for everyone to speak German (this used to be Austria), Italian and English fluently, acres and acres of incredible apple orchards and of course its knödel dumplings and seemingly 74 different types of bread for breakfast … I’m going on a diet until 🎄 by @robdabank1973

Imagine stepping straight into this after a day of riding on the Isle of Wight.@slomo_wellbeing built the recharge area on our festival site, bringing their beautifully crafted saunas and restorative ice baths, giving riders the chance to unwind, slow down and recover in the glorious sunshine ☀️Huge thanks to @robdabank1973 and @josiedabank for helping us being this incredible experience to life.
