Allow us to reintroduce ourselves: 👋 We’re Rob & Bre DeLeo, the husband-and-wife team behind Joelle. ROBERT DELEO III | Co-Founder / Owner Born and raised in New York, Rob grew up surrounded by the food & beverage industry through his family’s delis on Long Island. His path took him from serving and managing in South Florida to leading as an F&B Director in Charleston. Along the way, he built a deep understanding of restaurant operations and design. When he and Bre welcomed their daughter Joelle, she became the inspiration for bringing their long-shared dream of opening a modern Italian restaurant in Bluffton to life. BREANA DELEO | Co-Founder / Owner Bre’s foundation in hospitality began at The Restoration Hotel in Charleston. Her creativity and eye for detail eventually led her into marketing, social media, and brand design. Today, she leads Joelle’s creative direction—from the look and feel of the space to the stories we share with our community. When she’s not steering the brand, you can find her trying new restaurants or spending time with friends and family.
