Most opportunities come too late.
We’re changing that.

Careers That Change Communities (CTCC) is a national initiative introducing Black youth to real career pathways—early, intentionally, and at scale.

Through engaging, hands-on resources, we connect:
→ community challenges
→ real careers
→ real opportunities

This isn’t just education.
It’s early intervention for future success.

And it doesn’t disappear after an event.

Our resources live in classrooms, homes, and communities—creating visibility, trust, and impact for years.

🚀 Launching nationwide — Black History Month 2027

Honoured to share that my posters have been officially accepted into the Archives of Canada 🇨🇦

What started as art rooted in Black history, resistance, and remembrance is now preserved as part of this country’s permanent record. This is bigger than me — it’s about legacy, community, and making sure our stories are never erased.

Grateful. Grounded. Still working. ✊🏾🖤

Across Nova Scotia, African Heritage Month galas are increasingly well-attended and well-branded. What’s less clear is how much history is actually being taught. Celebration without education is not neutral — it is political. When optics replace accountability, Black History Month risks becoming symbolism without substance.

“The Zulu did not fall quietly.”
The Zulu Wars were fierce and fearless battles fought by the descendants of Shaka Zulu against British colonization in the 19th century. 💥🛡️

Led by strategy, pride, and legacy, these warriors stood their ground to protect their land, people, and future. Their resistance reminds us that African history is rich with stories of courage and leadership—not just survival.

Honor their legacy. Share their story.
