POSTS STORIES REELS

Thank you @rta_arts for inviting me to beyond the block event at Bedford hills Being back inside a prison for the first time since visiting my father brought back a lot of emotions.

Hearing the women share their stories of pain, growth and hope was powerful. Their voices deserve to be heard, their stories deserve to be told and they deserve to know that their past does not define their future. I left feeling encouraged, motivated and even more committed to doing this work. I stand with these women and believe everyone deserves the opportunity to grow and change. by @robertbrooks_jr

Sat down with the governor & we had a real meaningful conversation . She listened to my story and heard where I was coming from . The amount of change I’m hoping for in the future can only be done if we have this hard sit downs & talks I can’t wait to show you guys how hard I’m fighting for justice not only for my dad but for everyone ❤️🤞🏾 by @robertbrooks_jr
