On 27th June, as part of a team of 4 good mates, Mike, Adam, Rob and Steve - MARS Attacks - we will be taking on the 33-mile Race The Sun ☀️ in Swanage, Dorset, in aid of Action Medical Research, a fantastic charity supporting sick and vulnerable children.

Our challenge? 21 miles of cycling, 10 miles of hiking, and a 2-mile kayak—all under the English summer sun! It’s going to be tough, but also a lot of fun.

I’m taking on the Jurassic Coast!!!

Once again, I had the honour & privilege to play with this wonderful group of gentlemen @surreywoodenspoon in our game against @farnham_rufc last night.
Raising money for a brilliant charity, many great clubs are represented and a fantastic one hosting us.

It was a honour and a privilege to lead out @surreywoodenspoon yesterday against @oldreigatianrfc Vets.
Great to see lots of Surrey clubs represented in the Spoons team
Cracking game, fabulous host and 🤞 plenty of money raised for a fantastic charity.
