I'm not going to post all my thoughts I just was out all day at a long day. For those of you who lost your mom you know I think about my mom all day everyday not directly but she's always in my soul. It's like it chips away at you it's such a big enormous loss. My mother yelled my mother wasn't perfect she's a human being who cares she yelled because she had a reason to she wasn't yelling at me she wa@s yelling at a situation I forgive my mother and I hope she forgives me I put her through hell she put me through hell we put each other through hell but she's still my mom and she dedicated her life to our children her grandchildren nothing hurts I'd rather get hit by a car ran over by a car like I did three times and it still won't equal the internal pain. I post pictures of my mother and they say she's beautiful she was a lot more than that she was stoic to a fault. She held everything inside she knew she had cancer the last month of her life she never told me but I knew something anyway mama I love you miss by @robertny3170

Okay if anyone cares actually went to Miami today for the first time! It's only 45 minutes away I really never ventured far from is 80 plus community I live in. No it was great I was shocked how great it was it was like the same thing as Manhattan. And they have a rail that takes you all over Florida pretty amazing I was shocked. Miami is very nice so many different stores so many different people actually people under 80 years old which was great. No offense to people 80 years old but you know what I mean. So now I know the place to go where the rail system is it takes you down south it takes you everywhere so I need definitely to venture out more and that would make me want to stay here knowing that there are other things to do I just never tried. So once I get back from my 40-day thing I would definitely venture out much more away from this God forsaken place okay that's what I did today thank you for watching or listening whatever by @robertny3170

LAST POST THIS VIDEO MAKES ME PHYSICALLY SICK ALL THEM IN ON HERE SHOULD BE ARRESTED AND KILLED. PICKING CHILDREN LITTLE CHILDREN LIKE IT'S A MENU FAMOUS PEOPLE LIKE STEVEN SPIELBERG AND MANY OTHERS WHAT DO YOU THINK THE DAMN DOCUMENTS AREN'T BEING EXPOSED PEOPLE TOO RICH AND POWERFUL THEY PICKED LITTLE CHILDREN OUT FROM DIFFERENT COUNTRIES OPEN UP THE FILE EXPOSE THE PEOPLE GET IT DONE. THE MOST FAMOUS PERSON I WAS EVER ABLE TO TAKE A PICTURE WITH. HE WAS SUCH A GENTLEMAN I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO TAKE A PICTURE WITH THE CAMERA SO HE DID IT FOR ME. PAUL O'NEILL WHO LIVES 10 MINUTES AWAY FROM ME IS LIKE 6'6 240 LB NOT 1 IN OF FAT IF YOU GO AFTER HIM YOU BETTER HAVE MORE THAN A BASEBALL BAT NO PUN INTENDED HAHA by @robertny3170

OH I'M SORRY BELIEVE ME I HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO THAN POST ON FACEBOOK. IF ANYBODY CARES I WAS OUT ALL DAY IN 110° WEATHER BUSTING MY ASS BUT THAT'S THAT I LIKE TO POST CUZ I LIKE TO SPIT OUT MY THOUGHTS. I TAKE VITAMINS ZINC VITAMIN B2 I TAKE THE RIGHT TYPE OF VITAMINS I DON'T TAKE TOO MUCH I RESEARCH THEM I GET MY VITAMINS FROM OCEAN VITAMINS THE BEST VITAMIN COMPANY THERE IS. I HAVE HAD EXTREME BACK PAIN FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS I COULDN'T EVEN WALK. AND DON'T SAY YOU WERE PROBABLY TAKING THE WRONG VITAMINS OR YOU TAKING TOO MANY VITAMINS I DIDN'T TAKE VITAMINS FOR 2 DAYS TODAY I WAS ABLE TO WALK 8,000 STEPS GO FIGURE I TAKE VITAMIN B12 I TAKE MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE BECAUSE MAGNESIUM CITRATE IF YOU TAKE IT YOU WIND UP GOING TO THE BATHROOM ALL DAY CUZ IT DRAWS WATER INTO YOUR YOU KNOW WHAT. I TAKE CHEWABLE BEATS FOR MY HEART I TAKE BLACK SEED OIL I TAKE VITAMIN D3. THAT'S IT IT'S JUST WEIRD THAT WHEN I STOP TAKING THEM MY BACK PAIN WENT AWAY SO IF YOU'RE BACK HURTS AND YOU TAKE VITAMINS TRY TO STOP TAKING THEM FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS.
