Y si no lo puedes decir, báilalo! 🤎✨

Thank you for the dance @terry_alianza_prod , always a challenge and such a wholesome experience trying to keep up 🤎🫶🏼

A little recap from last Friday… because we’re doing it again tomorrow. 💃🏻🕺🏻❤️‍🔥

Robertito is taking over Advanced Beginner Salsa On2 Footwork this Friday, and we’re getting ready for another hour of footwork, movement, musicality, and plenty of dancing. 🎶✨

Last week we explored how we can take familiar Salsa foundations, play with them, challenge our coordination, and add a little more of our own flavor to the movement.

Tomorrow, we’re building from there—with new footwork, new challenges, and another opportunity to train together.

Join us tomorrow for:

Advanced Beginner Salsa On2 Footwork
⏰ 6:30 PM
📍 5346 Jackson Drive, Suite B, La Mesa, CA 91942

Come dance with Robertito and bring a little Flavor & Soul to your Friday. ❤️‍🔥

Robertito is taking over tomorrow’s Advanced Beginner Salsa On2 Footwork class! 👀❤️‍🔥

Come spend your Friday evening training, exploring movement, and sharing a little Salsa with Robertito. 💃🏻🕺🏻✨

We’ll be working on our footwork, challenging our movement, playing with the music, and most importantly—giving ourselves the space to learn, move, and enjoy the process together. 🫶🏼

No pressure to get everything perfect. Just come ready to train, try something different, and share some movement with us. ❤️‍🔥

👞 6:30 PM — Advanced Beginner Salsa On2 Footwork with Robertito

Please note: Our 7:30 PM Advanced Beginner Salsa On2 Partnerwork class will be cancelled tomorrow.

📍 5346 Jackson Drive, Suite B, La Mesa, CA 91942

Come train and share some movement with us. See you tomorrow! (:

Late-night movement session 🩵

Came to the gym to do some floor work, but then bachata found its way onto my playlist… so, I had to take a little bachata break (: taken in San Diego, California by @robertocmeza_
