Summer is almost done, but it has been amazing.
This season I had the chance to work with @widengroup on the social campaign for Tuerredda beach club.

I can’t hide it: this place has always been my favourite beach in Sardinia, and capturing its essence was truly a bucket-list moment.

It has been great teamwork, and this is just one side of it!

What can I say about this day?

My whole life I’ve always worked alongside chefs, bartenders, hotels, restaurants and so on. But I’ve always said that whatever we put on the final dish comes from hard work happening far behind the scenes — and having the chance to document this process has always been on my bucket list.

Working with @giulicaffiero , @mr_bellys and @tine.hage has been such an honor.

Such an amazing experience to work once again for @ghjuices a project created by @giulicaffiero and @mr_bellys.

This time i was with them in the an amazing Danish farm - @mangholm.dk with the amazing @tine.hage.

This was one of the most beautiful places i’ve ever been.

As i always said, food photography isn’t only about the plate, but what comes way before it. taken in Denmark by @robertosatta_

Walk in during the day and the light moves through the room like it’s been doing it for a hundred years — across the marble, over a glass, half onto a face and then gone again. You’re not lighting anything here. You’re just waiting for it to arrive where you need it.

Sometimes we forget that food begins long before it reaches the plate.

A few months ago, a friend introduced me to @andre.porcu_. At the time, I had no idea what @kerku.ancestral was really about.

Then I saw it.

It’s not just about cooking. It’s about slowing down, foraging, understanding the land and respecting what it has offered for generations.

Being able to document a story like this is a privilege. These are the projects that remind me why I picked up a camera in the first place. taken in Cagliari, Italy by @robertosatta_
