🎚️: The Kelly Clarkson Show

POSTS STORIES REELS

God is good, all the time. Just doing a little spring cleaning around the house and pulled these off the shelf to dust. I set them on the table so I could clean the shelves that were on, and I caught a glimpse of them sitting there. I’m honored to have the Emmys, life is crazy… it’s just kinda surreal. I’m grateful for a supportive wife and my friends in this biz, it takes an army!

Wrapping the Twenty One Pilots and MuteMath TOPxMM project. I’m not sure how I was worthy of being in the studio with such a talented group of musicians, but it was a blast! #throwbackthursday

About last night…

I saw so many friendly faces, a lot I know personally, and many just from television. Great food and drinks, lots of hugs, and brought home another EMMY!

For real, it’s a huge blessing to have worked with an incredible team on The Kelly Clarkson Show. I think I’m still riding the adrenaline rush from the awards show- time to fly home and continue celebrating! by @robertvenable

Here’s a little behind the scenes footage of recording Kelly Clarkson’s new single “I’d Be Lyin.”

@jasonhalbert and @jacocaraco produced and played on it, @lesterestelle on drums, @josephabrahamayoub on bass, @lucfrankel teched by @robertvenable

I’m excited to finally share this…

I’ve officially re-signed with Shoalsville Music Publishing as a songwriter.

A lot of people know me as the mix engineer for The Kelly Clarkson Show, and I’m incredibly grateful for the past six seasons and the five Emmy Awards that came with that journey. But songwriting has always been a huge part of who I am.

Long before television, I was writing, producing, and playing drums with As We Ascend, where we were fortunate enough to have a Billboard #1 rock single, “Tell Me.” Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to write with some incredibly talented artists, and I’m excited for what’s next.

I’m thankful to Chad Green and everyone at Shoalsville for believing in me and in the songs we’re creating together. It’s rare to find people who care as much about the music as the people behind it, and I’m honored to continue this partnership.

To everyone who’s supported me along the way, whether you’ve listened to a song, trusted me with a project, or simply encouraged me, thank you. You’ve been part of this journey.

Here’s to writing songs that matter. 👊🏼 by @robertvenable

Grindin’. Still recording, producing, and mixing songs/albums for bands and recording artists. Still being creative. Still looking for whatever is next- what I do is such a niche position, finding a spot to utilize my talents and expertise has proven to be a challenge. God is good, I rely on Him. by @robertvenable

Just said my “see ya later” to 30 Rock. It’s bittersweet, but it’s just a chapter in the book. I’m still producing and mixing records and movies, but always have an ear open for amazing opportunities. ❤️ by @robertvenable
