I started emcee hosting and leading events back in NYC. It probably started as early as my 20s being on different stages in front of audiences. I’ve been on dance stages, comedy stages, fire side panel chats, keynote workshops, even wedding ceremonies as an officiant (yes, I’ll get you married just message me!)

I knew that when I left New York, I wanted to keep chasing that feeling of being on stage one way or another. That’s when I found @cm_brisbane thanks to @mmutes when we connected on Queen Street over our love for @fujifilmx_au cameras 🙌🏽 Little did I know that Matthew was actually the photographer for Creative Mornings Brisbane and I signed up for the next event.

Soon after @soma.comma our amazing chapter host gave me the opportunity to emcee the next event which brings us to today (thank you Soma 🥹)! I’ve been lucky enough to speak to audiences, connect them to the speakers and be part of this amazing creative community here in Brisbane, hosted at the beautiful @theforefrontbrisbane.

I still don’t know where my time on stage will take me but I know it always feels fun and exciting to step on up and connect with an audience again. I’m sure time will soon tell where this is leading me ✨

They always say Trust The Process. Thats what I think this chapter in my life is called right now. I’ve done a lot to get to this big leap in my life: moving from America to Australia.

Now, I’m slowly walking the path that God has called for me. The path where I will help the most amount of people with the gifts and abilities He has given me. He will help me to continue sharpening those abilities.

The road to inspiration is not a straight and linear one. It never will be. This road is meant to test you and teach about the process. While it may be scary a lot of the time, I know God is with me walking the path and sending me people to aid me in getting me where I need to go. 💫

Remember, the Universe always works in your favor ✨

Hi I’m Robespierre and welcome to my page if you’re a new follower joining the journey recently 👋🏽

As a photographer, I naturally spend a lot of time behind the camera. Lately I’ve been thinking that it’s time to share more about who I am and what I’m passionate about in front of it too.

So here is the beginning (again) of sharing different content where I talk more about my thoughts, beliefs and passions in the hopes that you are someone like me and want to create amazing work together ✨ #vlog by @robes.radio

Last night I got to feel a second wind with my first creative outlet - dance. It’s something I started doing 21 years ago and now at (almost) 38 I’m just now relighting this old flame and what else I have left in the tank. So if you’re a mid 30s something trying to find their passion again then follow along for more! ✨
