You don’t build a culture by accident.
You build it with purpose. With play. With Teamification.

I recently debuted my newest keynote, Teamification, at a showcase event in Nashville—designed to spark collaboration, activate engagement, and unlock a spirit of abundance in every room.

It starts with inclusive engagement—the warm hug of a connected community.
And it builds from there.

🎤👇 Watch the moment it all came together.

TEDx Salt Lake City 2026 is in the books! 🎤

Four months of preparation, memorization, and blocking for 9 minutes on that stage, and it was a thrill.

Thank you to my family, my friends, and my NSA Mountain West speaker crew for showing up and cheering me on. Big thanks to the volunteers and coaches who make this event so amazing.

And to Beth, my speaker coach: endless patience, and I could not have done it without you. 🙌 @tedxsaltlakecity

Thrilled to say I’m a Certified Emcee Professional ✅🎤

One of five in the founding Charter Group named by the National Speakers Association @nsaspeaker

100+ documented events. 10 client evaluations. Real stages. Verified numbers.

Emceeing has taken me around the world and put me in front of audiences I never expected. Grateful for every one of them.

It’s a craft, and now there’s a standard to prove it.

Boy does time fly when you’re in love. Today we celebrate 13 years married and this was from October 20, 2012, the first time we celebrated my birthday together.

Instead of doing the ’80s AI trend, we were traveling back in time nearly 14 years ago. Today, on the 21st day of September, we are celebrating the power of love. ❤️

One week from today.

On September 26, 2026, I’ll be taking the stage at the Capitol Theatre for @tedxsaltlakecity

I’m thrilled to return to this theater, a place where so much of my journey began.

Hope to see you there.

There is something extra fun about being in the same room!

Rob Ferre (@robferre) made a visit to the Seacrest Studios (@ryanfoundation) at Monroe Carrell Jr. Children’s Hospital in Nashville, bringing his signature energy and game show fun to patients and families streaming the show live throughout the entire hospital.

And for the first time ever, Rob got to meet Rory the lion in person. 🐾 Safe to say it was a highlight for all of us.

This is Rob’s fourth in-person hospital visit for Win Win Charity and it will not be his last. When our performers happen to be in town, they show up and the energy in that room makes all the difference. In fact, this is our 2nd in person visit at @vumcchildren this year! by @robferre

When a corporate emcee turns airline attendant… Part 2.

Fulfilling a dream to turn every announcement into an opportunity for audience engagement.

A conversation in the grocery line. A laugh with someone you’ve just met. A small moment that changes your day.

Rob Ferre is exploring how “delightful disruptions” can bring us together and inspire us to pass that feeling along.

Hear Rob at TEDxSaltLakeCity on September 26 at Capitol Theatre. Do you have your ticket?

This is Teamification. 🙌

I had the opportunity to bring it to the mainstage at KindCon 2026 in Nashville for, opening the conference for a room full of people doing incredible work in fundraising, nonprofits, higher education and beyond.

The goal? Get people out of their seats, making connections, collaborating and turning a room full of individuals into a community.

From the isolated I to the collaborative WE.

Thank you @kindsightio for trusting me with your community and @cheriangkoshy for making the connection!

To celebrate the short-lived Augustache, I recreated a few iconic ’staches before saying goodbye.

Ted Lasso.
Alex Trebek.
Salt Bae
@averagerob
Burt Reynolds.
And, of course… that one guy they put through the wood chipper in Fargo. 😢

It was a good month.

Bye-bye, ’stache. You will be remembered. 🥹🫡
