One month ago, they took out an over used and abused right hip. 30 days later, I reflect: Overall, an amazing procedure. I used a walker for 3-5 days, transferred to a cane for another few days, and got after it. I’m in the gym 3-5 days a week, gaining more range of motion and flexibility. No squats or lunges yet, everything needs to fully heal, but I can spin for a good 10 minutes, and stretch more and more each day. So, if you can’t walk without a limp, or have pain doing basic things, I strongly recommend you telling your GP you need it done. 2-4 days of mild to moderate pain at the most, a full 90 days to fully heal, and then go live life the way God intended you to live it! taken in Dana Point, California by @robgprints
