If I could count the number of times I’ve tried to stop this man from climbing ladders, getting on roofs, and servicing his clients, I’d be RICH by now! 😂💚💙

But I’ve come to realize that this is what keeps him going. This is his passion, his purpose, and HIS LEGACY, one that will live on through his children and grandchildren.

So instead of fighting him about working, I’ve learned to stand beside him and DO THE WORK WITH HIM! Because I know one day, these are the moments I’ll wish I could get back. 🥹💚💙

They say, “When the student becomes the master.” I wouldn’t dare call myself the master, but what a blessing it is to see the roles reverse. The little girl who once watched her daddy work now gets to assist him, guide him, and look out for him. Yet, I’m STILL learning from him!

So while he’s still here to smell his roses, I want to simply say THANK YOU, DADDY! 🌹 Thank you for the lessons, sacrifices, work ethic, and legacy you’ve built. I pray God blesses us with many more days working side by side.

I love you, Daddy! Your legacy is in good hands.

R.B. Pest Solutions — More than a business, it’s a FAMILY LEGACY! 💚💙 These moments are PRICELESS, and I’ll cherish them for a lifetime.

By the way! We’re fussing at each other the entire video! 😂🥹

Random moments like this are exactly why we do what we do! 💚💙

Excuse my pronunciation, my Invisalign won’t let me be great!

Today, I decided to turn on my camera while working in the field alongside my dad because moments like these are PRICELESS! To still have the opportunity to use the hands and feet God gave me, doing what I love, while working side by side with my father, my teacher, and the man who taught me so much about this industry, means more to me than words could ever express. 💚🐝💙

And then something beautiful happened! 🥹

Ms. Betty walked up to us and shared that she and her daughter had been watching us work and were so amazed by what we were doing! It was such a genuine, heartwarming moment and a reminder that YOU NEVER KNOW WHO’S WATCHING! Ms. Betty stopped us from cutting up! 😂

At R.B. Pest Solutions, NO ONE is above or beneath the work! Whether you’re the owner, management, or a technician, when it comes to serving our customers and getting the job done, we ALL roll up our sleeves! WE CARE!

Moments like these warm my heart every single time I get back out in the field. This business has always been about more than pest control. It’s about PEOPLE, FAMILY, SERVICE, and COMMUNITY!

I LOVE MY COMMUNITY, AND MY COMMUNITY LOVES R.B.! 💚💙💪🏽

Thank you, Ms. Betty, for reminding us that the work we do doesn’t go unnoticed. Sometimes the greatest blessings come from the most unexpected encounters!

For ALL your pest control problems, services, and pest control product needs, give R.B. Pest Solutions a call!

Happy Birthday to my EVERYTHING! 🥳🖤🥂

This man doesn’t require/ask for ANYTHING, and that’s exactly why I make sure he has EVERYTHING! 🖤

If you have the pleasure of knowing him, you can attest to the fact that he’s THEE illest person you’ll ever meet! And for those of you who don’t know him, I highly suggest you get yourself an Ahmand Rashad in your life! It’s a game changer 😉

It’s no surprise that when people meet my HUSBAE, they walk away falling in love with him and instantly understand why EVERYONE who knows him LOVES him! He’s truly just THAT GUY! 🥰

I love you, baby! 😘🖤
