If my younger self only knew…

In my twenties, people said thirty was old. WTF???

I spent so much time analyzing myself, worrying, stressing, trying to be perfect, and honestly worrying about everything.

I don’t know why society talks about getting older as something to fear. I feel better and better, and more beautiful, more energized, more healthy, clear and relaxed as I get older.

I think everybody needs to say no to fearing getting older. It’s something to look forward to. You finally feel like yourself.

Comment NO to fear of getting older

After four and a half years in my relationship, everything changed when I stopped arguing and struggling for control with my boyfriend. I relaxed into my feminine energy and let him lead.

Everything became so much easier. He became more loving, more giving, more generous, and more confident. He became more of the man he really was.

And I realized that by relaxing into my feminine energy and letting him lead, I actually received so much more from him and from our relationship.

We are all imperfectly perfect. Fuck the perfectness….
I believe all women are beautiful and I love to see women shine their light, own their uniqueness, and feel beautiful…. That is sex appeal
