When the moon is at its fullest, brightest, ripest, we can harness its power to release what isn’t serving us. We will begin with a guided meditation to β€œtune” and prepare the body for the healing effect of the sound bath. Then be bathed in the resonant sounds of Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, Gongs, Chimes and so much more. These vibrations wash over the body releasing stagnant emotions and induce a deep state of relaxation. Yoga nidra or yogic sleep in modern usage is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, typically induced by a guided meditation. The body is still and resting, while the mind is active. Then I bathe and indulge the senses with sound’s from various instruments and crystal singing bowls. Link in bio for more details! Piermont event on 8/27. by @robin.roppo.wellness
