Top of the world in the death zone on the Manaslu Summit at 8163m. Summit date - 24/09 /2024 Summit time - 04:22 AM A dream to climb an 8000M peak I set for myself back in 2016 after my first time I saw the Everest while my trek to Everest base camp. An emotional but very very gratifying moment with this summit which I’m still trying to grasp with the exhaustion, fatigue & no shower after a month of being at it. This last month taken everything out of me, physically, mentally, emotionally but also taught me what our body and minds are capable of and that’s limitless. A lot of hard work, sacrifices & just staying put on the objective not only by me but the beautiful people I surround myself with and who dealt with all my nonsense for the last 6 months leading up to this. Being one of the most dangerous peaks it can also add pressure on the people backing you, but I had the best people who knew me, trusted me & didn’t once let me once reconsider, backing me with everything! & to everyone messaging and checking in, every little bit of support helped and I appreciate you all ❤️ Big shoutout to the legendary @pemlakpa_ who didnt let me lose sight for one second in our 27 hour summit push and made sure I held myself together throughout assuring safety and success. & incredible management and constant support at all camps from the @8kexpeditions team. MDS 120 2026 🇲🇦 120 km across the Sahara Desert All my supplies on my back, loaded backpack, running on dunes, Unforgiving heat at 45 degrees+. Made the top 17% out of 600 elite participants. Hard to put this into words just yet. This one took a lot out of me. Physical and mental warfare. Feeling grateful to have had the opportunity to be the only Indian out there and make it to the finish line 🇮🇳 My Fire chapter is complete. Thank you to everyone who’s been there by my side enabling me to make such things possible 🙏🏻 📸 @cherki.taha #extremeearthproject #ultra #running #sahara #fire by @robin_behl14

Burnt. Broken. Still Alive This was one of the most gruesome 60km / 12 hours I have faced. Dealing with multiple factors, - The heat at 46-50 degrees - Dunes - Dehydration - 10kg backpack & all the other challenges you pick up along the way. The mind had entered the pain cave and the only way out was to keep moving one step after another. This moment marked the completion of 90km of the 120 Looking back, I loved every moment out there!!!! 📸 @cherki.taha #extremeearthproject #sahara #running #survival #runner by @robin_behl14

🇲🇻⚡ by @robin_behl14
120 km across the Sahara Desert in extreme heat, carrying all his food on his back. That meant Robin’s nutrition had to be planned with precision. 🏜️ We needed to make sure he had enough fuel to perform without carrying a single gram of extra weight. We managed to fit over 10,000 calories into his 4 kg food pack! Robin completed his MDS race, finishing in the top 17%. So proud of what he’s achieved! 🇮🇳🏆 A good reminder that performance nutrition isn’t just about eating clean or good-for-you foods, but about giving your body what it needs to carry you through your performance. At The Tribe, we’re all about building stronger, fitter bodies through training and the right approach to performance. sports nutrition, endurance nutrition, marathon des sables, race nutrition, performance nutrition, athlete nutrition, endurance racing, sports fuelling, nutrition planning, clinical nutritionist, The Tribe #SportsNutrition #EnduranceNutrition #MarathonDesSables #PerformanceNutrition #TheTribe by @robin_behl14
