Am I creating a healthy boundary… or avoiding a healthy conversation?

God can give you the grace to have hard conversations without losing your peace.

Protecting your peace doesn’t always mean removing yourself. Sometimes it means having the hard conversation. 💛

Isolation may feel peaceful, but healing often requires communication, vulnerability, and grace.

Don’t avoid what God may be calling you to work through.

Peace isn’t always found in distance. Sometimes it’s found on the other side of a difficult conversation.

“Hard to love.”
“A failure.”
“Unworthy.”

Just because life, people, or even your own thoughts gave you a name doesn’t mean you have to keep wearing it.

If God didn’t call you that, stop introducing yourself that way.

Grief looks different for everyone, and this has been one of the hardest weeks of 2026 for me..

Losing a matriarch in my family, supporting the people I love through their pain, and somewhere in between trying to remember to take care of myself too… it’s been heavy.

But even in the heaviness, God, I am grateful for You. 🤎✝️

Grief doesn’t change His goodness. Pain doesn’t change His presence. He has been right here beside me, and I trust that He will continue to carry me as I navigate this season one day at a time.

I’m also incredibly thankful for my community. For every call, text, prayer, check-in, and act of love, thank you. I love each of you dearly. 🤎

And please, check on your strong friend.

Just because we carry it well doesn’t mean it isn’t heavy‼️

Stop asking people to confirm what God already declared. 💛

Their rejection doesn’t cancel His Word.
Their silence doesn’t change your identity.
Their approval doesn’t determine your worth.

God already said it. Believe Him.
