Here’s Dark Sky Reserve. I’m incredibly proud and happy it’s out now on @memphis_industries 💙 I really hope you enjoy listening to it. I had the time of my life making this record.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll share a bit more about the songs and the stories behind them.

For now, I just want to say thank you and share a few acknowledgements.

I’m forever grateful to Adriaan and Sam. Thank you so much for all your time and unwavering support. This record wouldn’t exist without you.

And thank you so much, Ali and Nik, I had such an amazing time working on the album with you. I’ll never forget those weeks in the studio together. Also, special thanks to Matt, Dan, Rozi, Ben, Adrian, and David for sharing your talent with me and playing so beautifully on the record. And thank you, Felix, for the beautiful masters.

Thank you so much, Ollie and Memphis Industries, for releasing this album and for supporting my work. Special thanks to Danique for the magical photos, to Thijs and Beau for making me look and feel beautiful, to Lotte and Jilles for their cool videos and Una for her beautiful animations. And thank you to @fondspodiumkunsten for believing in this project and helping to fund it.

I’d also like to thank Jori for his support and love.

And last but certainly not least, to those who’ve been listening to my music and supporting my work: thank you so much. This album is yours now too, and I really hope you enjoy listening to Dark Sky Reserve.

Some pics from when I was on tour supporting Cate Le Bon in Barcelona and Madrid. Only just had them developed and had forgotten all about them, so that was a nice surprise :) Robin Kester in front of a water fountain in Barcelona taken in Barcelona, España by @robinkester

I’ve been writing and recording a lot of new music and can’t wait to share it! But in the meantime also working on something very special. A collab with @joristamschrijft. Expecting to be released in July. Because it’s quite a big project, I won’t be doing any shows/festivals this summer. Last show before the summer stop will be with Remy van Kesteren at Tivoli Vredenburg june 5th. That’s going to be a very special one and tickets are going fast. So maybe see you there 🥰 Black and white photo of robin kester and her baby bump by @robinkester

Over the past month and a half, I’ve been lucky enough to play my music across Europe and the UK with the loveliest group of people I could have hoped for. Thank you so much @atease, @samhighstreets, @stefkoenis, @martaarpini, @silvanvanderzwaag, @mattbrowndrums.6161 & @annemarievandenborn 💙💙 Here are a few snapshots from the past weeks. More coming soon! Thank you to everyone who came to one of our shows and shared such kind words about Dark Sky Reserve and/or the concert with me at the merch table. It was truly an incredible experience.
