#tbt 2010 With the exquisite Liv Ullmann, my friend, fairy Godmother, and most heart-felt director I've ever worked with. "Worked with" is not the right turn of phrase - creating our version of A Streetcar Named Desire felt like a bearing of the soul. From the first day of rehearsals she squeezed my hand and said "I want you to give me everything- show me everything". Liv invited honesty, rawness, truth and vulnerability from her actors and she was right there with us, bearing her true self along side us, daring us to be as intimate and as open-hearted as her... ❤️ by @robinmcleavy
