If you have known me for any length of time, you know I am a long-time outspoken anti-𝐯@𝐱𝐱𝐞𝐫. This stance has only strengthened over the years, especially during
C♢V💉D when we faced intense backlash. Back in 1993, right after my daughter was born, my midwife handed me the book ‘A Shot in the Dark’, which opened my eyes to the vaccine debate.

I learned that 80% of SIDS cases had occurred after receiving a DPT sh≋t, which led me to stop all ᵛαᶜⓒ𝐢𝓝αTi𝕠几𝓼 for my four daughters. Fortunately, Florida allowed religious exemptions, although I was bullied by the nurse interviewing me. I knew in my heart the Lord had brought this to me. I was grateful my midwife had quietly handed me the book so I could do my own research.

I support emergency medicine but believe that poisons intentionally introduced into the body can have effects that aren’t aligned with long-term health. I recently attended a gala for Texans for Medical Freedom, where I’ve known Jackie for six years. She’s a passionate mom of a ᵛαᶜⓒ𝐢𝓝αe-injured child who fought tirelessly for her cause, engaging with legislators at the Texas Capitol.

Her dedication has led to significant progress; in 2025, the organization helped pass 5 new bills and supported 5 more in Texas, which, along with Florida, is leading in this effort. Parents should have the right to make informed choices about their children’s health without government interference.

Jackie’s event reminded me that a single passionate individual can spark grassroots change and that there are still dedicated people making a difference. by @robinperrybraun

Do you wake up already worrying about finances, struggling to find motivation, or feeling weighed down by everyone else’s emotions?

Taking care of yourself can start with a simple daily routine. Here’s a look at mine. I start with my hydrogen water bottle, pour my water into glass, and add three Freedom Flowers tonics I use pretty much every day.

Prosper is part of my practice of addressing negative beliefs about money. Walking in abundance isn’t about being rich. It’s about learning to live without fear and worry controlling your relationship with finances.

M&M stands for Motivation and Manifestation. I include it in my morning routine as I focus on what I want to move toward and the steps I can take that day. Yarrow Shield is a personal favorite.

If you’re deeply empathetic, you know how easy it is to carry everyone else’s emotions. Using it is part of my daily reminder to care for others while honoring my own boundaries.

I love these products and the opportunity this routine gives me to pause and care for myself before pouring into everyone else. Go to my stories for the details about my hydrogen water bottle and all three flower tonics click the 🔗 taken in Tyler, Texas by @robinperrybraun

How often do you tell yourself, “I’ll feel better when…”?
When the work pays off. When the relationship comes.
When everything feels less overwhelming.

That waiting can leave so little room for the life happening right now. Your challenges deserve care. Your joy deserves space, too. What would it look like to practice gratitude while pursuing change? To build confidence while you’re still learning? To welcome love through the connections you already have?

You can begin with one small step today. Explore emotional wellbeing and IBRT at our next IBRT Certified Training, October 23–27 in Dallas, TX.

When you imagine stepping into something new, what do you hear yourself saying?

“Other practitioners won’t validate me.”
“I don’t know enough.”

Pause there. How long have you carried that belief? Where did you learn that your knowledge, your experience, or your voice wasn’t enough?

These are the kinds of beliefs we explore in my practice. In this clip, you’ll see how we identify a belief and work with the muscle-testing and meridian techniques I teach as part of the release process.

Naming what you believe can help you recognize how it influences your choices. You can acknowledge where you still need to grow while also giving yourself permission to begin.

My next IBRT Certified Training is October 23–27 in Dallas, TX.

DM me “NEXT TRAINING” for details.

Have you ever shared something painful and heard “All things work together for good” before anyone acknowledged how much you were hurting?

Romans 8:28 offers hope. It also deserves to be spoken with compassion. Sometimes we need someone to sit beside us, listen, and say, “I’m sorry. That sounds so hard.”

Believing God can bring good from our experiences doesn’t mean pretending they didn’t hurt.

Healing can take time. We begin noticing patterns, understanding our reactions, and learning how to respond with greater care. When something triggers us, we can get curious about what we need without judging ourselves for struggling.

The right tools and support can help us take an active role in our own healing. We can practice new responses, ask for help, and make gradual changes that support our wellbeing.

Double tap 🤍 if you agree: with the right tools and support, we can participate in our own healing. #emotionalhealing #quantumphysics #energyhealing #quantumhealing taken in Tyler, Texas by @robinperrybraun

You can believe God is love and still struggle to trust that His love is for you. If you’ve experienced conditional love, harsh authority, or teaching that made you afraid of God, calling Him a loving Father may feel difficult.

In Living Like a Son, I explore three foundations that can help us grow in that trust.

First, knowing God must be experiential. He invites us into a relationship where we can personally encounter His love.

Second, we need to recognize how our past has shaped our beliefs. What we’ve experienced and been taught can affect what we expect from God.

Third, we need a foundation to return to when teachings leave us confused. The life and teachings of Jesus show us the character of the Father.

You can bring your questions, your hesitation, and your longing to Him. You don’t have to pretend trust comes easily.

Purchase Living Like a Son to explore what it means to know God as a loving Father and live secure in His love.

What beliefs are holding you back?

“I believe other practitioners won’t validate me.”
“I believe I don’t know enough.”

In this clip, I’m demonstrating how I work with beliefs that can surface when someone is stepping into a new field. We name the belief, then use the muscle-testing and meridian techniques I teach in my practice as part of the release process.

“I don’t know enough” can sound like a fact when you’ve repeated it to yourself for years. Bringing that belief into the open gives us a place to begin.

My next IBRT Certified Training is October 23–27 in Dallas, TX. DM me “NEXT TRAINING” for details.

If you plan to attend in person, please email me by October 1. I rent an Airbnb for attendees who need a place to stay, so I need a headcount by then. #quantumphysics #emotionalhealing #energyhealing #holistichealth #christianliving taken in Tyler, Texas by @robinperrybraun

Have you ever agreed to help because the need was urgent, only to realize you never stopped to ask God whether it was yours to carry?

It’s easy to confuse being needed with being called. Especially when you have a tender heart, saying no can feel like failing someone. So you keep showing up, keep fixing, keep giving—and quietly run out of room to rest.

Compassion matters. Feeding the hungry and caring for people in need matter. But you were never asked to be everyone’s savior. You’re allowed to pause, pray, and ask the Father what faithful love looks like in this situation.

The next time pressure tells you that you have to say yes, take a breath first. Ask: “Father, what are You asking of me here?”

Save this for the next time guilt tries to make a decision for you. #guiltfree #christianlifecoach #boundraiesarehealthy #emotionalhealing taken in Tyler, Texas by @robinperrybraun

For a long time, I felt caught between two messages about money: Having less makes you more spiritual, and having more means you’ve made it. I’ve chased security, and I’ve worried about provision. Neither taught me what it means to live in abundance.

Jesus said, “Seek first the kingdom of God” (Matthew 6:33). That has changed the question I ask. Instead of “How much can I earn?” I’m learning to ask, “What has the Father placed in my hands, and how can I steward it well?”

As a graduate student raising four children alone, I didn’t always know how our needs would be met. Now I’m in Iceland with friends, taking in the beauty around us and feeling grateful for the chance to share it with them. Those moments look very different, but both have reminded me that abundance is bigger than a bank balance. It includes purpose, peace, connection, generosity, and trust in a Father who cares for us.

Money is a tool. It can help us care for our families, respond to needs, and invest in what matters. But it cannot give us our identity or satisfy our longing for purpose.

If you are ready to stop performing and start living aligned, Living Like a Son will show you the path. Get instant access with 🔗 in my bio. #icelandtravel #icelandexplored #christianliving #quantumleap by @robinperrybraun

You may never receive the apology, explanation, or repayment you deserve. But that does not mean restoration is impossible.

God never asked you to carry the scales of justice. Romans 12:19 invites us to release revenge and trust Him with what happens next. Forgiveness does not erase accountability, remove wise boundaries, or pretend the wound was insignificant. It releases your heart from the exhausting responsibility of making another person pay.

What was stolen does not have to define the rest of your story. You can forgive, ask God for restoration, and begin moving forward with hope.

5 reasons to enjoy a thermal spa
1: Your muscles get a chance to relax. Warm water can ease stiffness and help your body feel more comfortable, especially after a long day of walking or travel.
2: Your joints may feel better. Studies of thermal mineral bathing have found improvements in pain and quality of life for some people with osteoarthritis.
3: It gives you space to slow down. Sitting in warm water, breathing deeply, and taking a break from your usual pace can be a simple way to unwind.
4: The heat gets your circulation going. Warmth increases blood flow near the skin. Research on sauna bathing also points to possible cardiovascular benefits, though a thermal pool and a sauna aren’t the same experience.
5: A cold plunge can leave you feeling refreshed. That burst of cold may feel invigorating, but the research on lasting benefits is still limited. You don’t have to stay in long, or plunge at all, to enjoy the spa.
