I think back to when I earned the Directors Award from the nations ONLY Accredited college of Hypnotherapy, where I earned my diploma in hypnotherapy in April 2019.... I did a lot of work to earn this. It was more than just show up to learn college courses. It was having to advertize myself (which now I know how to do better at). I had to show pictures of all the work I did to get my successful hypnotherapy business off onto the right start.

I had to submit the 200 client contact hours to show I had my certificate of completion for supervision, show the proof of the Hypnotherapist Union I was apart of, it was all done in under 12 months to quailfy and did I mention I had my son, Christian July 3, 2019? He was my 4th living son that would make or break me earning this award as my year started in October 2018 when I found out I was pregnant again. Long story short I did it. I made it. Very Few earn this award. I am proud of myself. It is the only award I have won in my life.

It was my 11th pregnancy, 12th baby planned and I was excited for…Guess I have 4 babies total waiting on me when I do go Home. Anyone has anything negative to say just unfriend me you are not worthy of being in my life. by @robinstoltman

Here is to doing somthing new in life where I am finally enjoying time where it matters in doing the things I love vs having to work “hard” for everything.🙌

I have never believed in having to “work hard” for money. ❌
👉🏻I have always believed that money does flow easily and effortlessy to anyone who does the work subconsiously to those of us who decide to do the work😉

Everyday we put deodorant on to hide our natural smell. with the current prices in walmart, target, etc I have no clue how anyone can afford that stuff and not be paid for referring for what you use like I am. I can get 3 of these for price of 1 “natural” deodorant in the store and depending what one you buy I can get 4 of these for the same cost.

I guess that is only 1 reason why #2 for Value and cost is why Forbes magazine was earned for that award only coming in #2 to costco tells me all I need to know about how I can imrpove my family’s health after all health is wealth.

I often wonder what it would be like to be happy, to be content in being myself for holidays and birthdays to be happy earning money for all that training I have done yet its painful. Since 6 yrs old happiness was not allowed no laughing and smiling meant I was lying or up to no good…

40 yrs old to celebrate anything I feel that same feelings in my body from my head to my heart with legs and arms wishing to escape expericing joy or happy. It comes back subconsciously that part you cannot see of why happy or joy is not safe to feel.

I have a great smile that I love to do while in the back of mind “do they think I am lying?” plays in my head. I know I am smart intelligent capable of more than I currently have yet those memories play stuck on loop in my head maybe you call it imposter sydrome for a title you carry. I call it its not safe to be me never has been unless I am creating my own world in my mind that shows up on the outside….

What we create in our minds shows up on the outside. What we feed ourselves shows up in our weight just like lack of exericise shows up too same for lack of self control shows up in how relationships or lack of commiting to one person for life shows up all on the outside world..

That subconscious mind runs everything in your life. It believes whatever you program it to do set on repeat until you decide to change it. The moment you decide I want to be happy. I want to laugh and feel safe.

Everything around falls apart people go to show you must have self control of yourself. You cannot control people. Reistance to change starts up you start blaming yourself for how others are or start blaming why did I even bother wanting better in life no one cares about me….

Stay safe by playing small. You just keep living in that desert for another 40 yrs when it was only a 7 day trip you could have done instead….

Another beautfiul morning of rain showers that I am grateful each day is another day towards having Peak Performance in my life…

A healthy lifestyle is full of continuous right habit decisions. Its waking up daily committing to becoming the woman I am meant to be in the long term.

I do hope when I die my kids make sure to tell everyone how mean I was when I got little sleep. I hope the rest of what they say is Mom was the only person I ever met that taught me more about resilencey and determination of how to keep growing when life beats you down.

I regret having taken matter into my own hands after years of abuse (severe TBI at 16 yrs old) despite telling so many adults who were so called “experts” of social workers, teachers, talk therapist, and cops NEvER helped me when I was a child. The worst part is how low my self concept is as a result and how scared I am knowing that is the only reason why things have not changed…

It is never the program, the system, the business opportunity, mentors, etc why you have not succeeded. It is because you will NEVER out perform your own self image the self concept that what you believe about you which by the way is LIES fabricated by others who told you…

👉🏻your not doing it right
👉🏻your not enough
👉🏻you cannot do this or that because you got kids
And the list of lie-denity goes on….

I had life happen throw more curveballs that most people and I kept going. I am thankful I got three people who hold me up when I have been kicked down smashed to the ground…

I also learned relatives are great practice for learning to deal with online trolls.🙌 Here is the deal you can be bitter or you can be better. You cannot be both. It is up to you to change you not anyone else. Changing your thoughts will change your life not everyone is worthy and capable of having more simply because they are not willing to invest time, money and energy into themselves.

They believe and know they are not worthy so why bother changing that belief? Its a lie that can be changed. You have a choice we all do. I hope you think of me and know I am improving my life daily so can you. Stuck is a decision.

Decide wisely.
